Kal Davis was very helpful and honest in addressing my concerns. My experience with previous HVAC contractors is that they were trying to take advantage financially, and that was not the case with Fire & Ice. Will definitely use again!

I met Mr. Davis last year when he came to my house and he gave us a Quotes on a new A.C. We call him back in May, we had a York we were Looking to replace and he recommended the Lennox. His prices were good and Kal was friendly and knowledge and he worked with us. Installation went well and we are Happy with the whole process of Fire and Ice they were very professional. I would definitely recommend them to family and friend. We are enjoying the new Lennox Air Conditioning. Thank you Fire and Ice.

Fire & Ice did a terrific job installing my 3 Ton Heat Pump System, Air Handler, 2 Ton AC, 2 Ton Modulating Gas Furnace, and 2 Hex Thermostats. The whole process from meeting Kal and determining which system was best to receiving an estimate from him, to setting up my installation dates with Mindy, to the actual equipment installations performed by Jose (Lead installer) and Andrew, everything was done professionally and courteously. The installers Jose and Andrew were very punctual, friendly, and neat, and they answered all my questions. I really enjoyed working with Fire & Ice, and would definitely recommend them to family and friends. Thank you for doing such a superb job!

A representative called me within two hours of submitting the request through Angie's List. They gave me a two hour window for the arrival of the technician, which was met. Before the technician arrived, I received a text message with an attached photo of the technician so I could verify them. Kal D., the technician, was very polite and professional. He explained to me everything he was doing. Kal was able to quickly diagnose what the issue was, he had the appropriate part with him, and completed the repair. I am very satisfied with the results.

We had a great experience working with Fire & Ice for a heat pump & air handler replacement quote, so good I'm writing a review even though we didn't purchase from them . I highly recommend you consider their services before working with someone from a big box store, you're going to save time, money and end up with a great product. A master technician was sent to my home the next day for discussion on all the options, to take measurements and design custom duct work to ensure the new unit would fit (all included). He walked me through the entire process start to finish, pointed out some helpful homeowner tips even, and answered all (a ton) of my questions and left me feeling confident the job would be performed professionally, efficiently and look great once completed. The only reason we didn't select them was timing of the install date with our unique needs.

Our heat pump stopped working late on a cold winter night. Within 8 hours after calling Fire & Ice, they had a temporary repair to get the heat back on. Within 48 hours, with a new control board in hand, they had a permanent repair. Even though they weren't the ones who installed the original system, and even though this was an emergency, they cheerfully honored the manufacturer's parts and labor warranty. Even though we had never used Fire & Ice before, the service manager, Kal, came on his day off after dark to personally make these repairs.

Fire & Ice were recommended several years ago by a neighbor. For several years they annually resurrected my old unit. This summer they said the end was near and recommended a multispeed Lenox HVAC unit. The price was competitive and the unit was highly recommended online. The installation went smoothly. Six months later we are still delighted. We never feel the need to adjust the thermometer. Apparently the 'feels like' thermostat works as advertised.

Fire & Ice HVAC was recommended to me many years ago by a neighbor. For several years they resurrected my old unit. Last year they said the end was near and recommended a multi speed Lennox unit. Lennox was offering a special deal. The price was good and the unit has a good reputation. The install went smoothly and the unit is superb. We've had it for 6 months. We never have the inclination to adjust the thermostat. It always feels just right. Apparently the 'feels like' thermostat and multisided fan really do work as advertised.

We had some hiccups, but the co-owner took care of the issues that came up. Cal is very professional and makes sure that he has a satisfied customer. After our experience, I got another unit replaced at one of our rentals.

fire and Ice replaced by outside ac compressor unit as well as my interior coil unit. They were very quick and very responsive. They matched and beat a competitors' quote by 10% which made their quick turnaround all the better. I would recommend their service and would use them again,

We had both of our units replaced by Fire and Ice. We've had them come a couple of times because the system wasn't working quite right or we had questions. They have been very very good about responding and getting back to us on that. They are very cordial, very easy to talk to and approachable, very good. The system wasn't working quite right. They suggested a couple of things and so that's what we have done and we are waiting 24 hours. When we first got the unit it took us 24 hours for the system to establish a base line so we are waiting before calling them again. We also paid for maintenance for an extended period. We had some issues with the installation but things got resolved. They usually give us a window and they have been good about being in the window.

It went ok - by the luck of the draw, one of the parts they installed was defective. Not their fault, and they were excellent about coming out & fixing the problem. The unit was the least expensive, and comes with a lifetime warranty. It's been almost a year, and we've been problem free since they replaced the bad part.
