"After they repaired the leak and charged the system with 410A refrigerant, they informed me that there is an additional problem and the unit still was not running. They told me it needed a new TXV. they gave me a part number to order and said they would come back to install. I ordered the part and about a week later they came back. At that point they told me that the part was the wrong one (I double checked, it was the part number they texted to me, confirmed). SInce I had gone for several weeks without heat at this point, I went ahead and researched it myself and ordered the correct TXV and they said they would come back and install. Another week went by and it tried to contact them several times and they ignored me. Finally they told me that they were too busy and would not come back, leaving me with two parts that I ordered and unit still down. I had to hire another person to repair unit and it cost me an additional$285 to recharge unit properly."

They hang up on you and give you the run around to speak with a so called manager. They send a so called professional to do the work, ask for a ridiculous amount of service call out fee and don't finish the job. The tech was unorganized and shows up hours late.
