Premium Home services is a scam..their customer sevice does not do anything about refunding back expensive, terrible and unfinished work. They hang up on you and give you the run around to speak with a so called manager. They send a so called professional to do the work, ask for a ridiculous amount of service call out fee and don't finish the job. The tech was unorganized and shows up hours late. Don't recommend the company.

They were the only ones that could produce a generator in an appropriate amount of time. They provided very good service and the cost was reasonable.

The technician was professional, timely, courteous and knowledgeable.

I was really pleased with the plumber. He did a good job.

I was at first concern, for I was basing it on the reviews read online, Angi's recommendations and doing further comparison with others I was referred to by friends. In the end, I don't regret my decision; from my initial contact with staff, setting appointment and the electricians that came out, could not be more satisfied. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, on time and explained the problem, solution and provide more insight to how protect my home. I will use them again and would recommend.

Maintenance technician was friendly, helpful, and not pushy. When we decided to replace the HVAC system, the installers came when scheduled and did a good job installing and explaining the new system.

They showed up on time. They communicated well.

Premium Home Services made everything incredibly smooth and easy to deal with. The major stress that comes along with having to replace an entire HVAC unit in a home is always the price, and unfortunately there isn't much that can be done about that (unless you have friends/family in the business and can get that hookup). Fortunately, when I initially purchased the home I knew that the HVAC unit was on its way out and was able to comfortably set aside the potential costs well in advance. The response that Premium Home Services offered is what made it great. Out of the three total estimates I'd requested, only Premium Home Services responded in a timely enough manner - that is to say they responded and had someone out within 24 hours. I've had experience in the past with other services where contractors responded in minutes and had folks out same-day, but I had no such expectations for a project as large as an HVAC replacement. They came out, explained what needed to be done, what they could do, and even tried to talk me out of replacing the whole unit as they would've been able to do some work to keep the current system up to save on costs. I had already decided on an entire replacement of the HVAC, but having a company provide you with options is something that, unfortunately, isn't always the case. The work took about 5-6 hours, and they worked in scorching heat and didn't seem to stop, except for the necessary water breaks. They cleaned up very well, they were very respectful of the interior of my home, and were very patient with the questions I had. I definitely recommend these guys.

I had Premium Home Services install a new oil heat furnace and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I am a new resident here and discovered that the old furnace had rusted and was leaking fumes. They came right out and did an inspection and then made recommendations. Since I am a senior on a fixed income, I was happy that there were many options and that I was able to chose something affordable. From the ease of financing, throughout the installation and final visit, I interacted with quite a few folks at this company and everyone of them were pleasant and professional. I highly recommend this company and their stellar service! Thanks Premium, you all gave this old gal a much needed good experience!

When a company will not provide a detailed receipt for the work performed, parts used, etc... I cannot in good faith recommend them to anyone! I would understand if I were soliciting bids for a project, but when a company refuses AFTER work is completed? This lack of transparency seems almost arrogant in its disregard for customer relations.

My only issue with them was the service was provided when I wasn't home and I never got feedback from the technician on the status of my HVAC/furnace other than they were "restricted airflow". This came from the notes provided by the receptionist.

Amazing service. Having t on replace a central air unit is never cheap but they offered value in terms of equipment, service and installation.

The technician was very polite and qualified for the work that he performed.
