Greg was wonderful and did a good job. (There's still a minor problem, but he wasn't the cause.) He, however, was expensive. But you get what you pay for. He graciously wrote up an invoice for me when it appeared the moving company was going to pay for the repairs. A very happy ending.

Greg, as others have said, was very pleasant, punctual and seems knowledgeable and to be thoughtful and diligent in his work. He was also flexible and helpful leading up to getting the work done, and followed up quickly when I asked him to email me the invoice. I live out of town; he worked on my familyâ s rental property, so I haven't had the chance to see the work myself. The renters havenâ t mentioned any problems so I assume everything went fine. His hourly rate seems fair; it is for him and a helper.
