Excellent. CVS was highly recommended by our neighbor for providing quality service at reasonable rates. This was proven with the recent service and diagnostic work on our units. Both Mark and Coleman were prompt, thorough, and very professional. We will definitely have them service our HVAC in the future.

Outstanding professionalism.

Mark is a true professional. He takes time to answer all questions and assure satisfaction with his work. He does not try to push services but gives an honest appraisal of what needs to be done. His rates are fair, and the response time in performing service and ordering parts is great. He is prompt, thorough, courteous and professional. Rhonda, who does the scheduling, is a delight! This is a very busy time of year for A/C work. Our unit was not broken, but it was on its last legs and had moderate to severe mold issues. Mark ordered a new unit and set up installation within 10 days. The entire job was done in 4 1/2 hours, including cleanup. We couldn't be more pleased and give Central Virginia Services of Va. our highest recommendation.

The issue was fixed promptly. The service was exceptional.

The tech arrived on time, was polite, knowledgeable and professional. The tech took the time to make sure our system was fixed and working properly before leaving our home.

We've moved to new house. From home inspection, we found that AC is not working, which due to Freon leaking. The seller hired two HVAC companies (I would tell you their names if you want to) to investigate, but they did not find that Freon leak from a evaporate coil. We hired Central Virginia Service ourselves. They replaced the evaporate coil. I didn't compare the price, but we trust this guy will do his job well. I hope he will take good care of our system for good.

They were able to repair our furnace. We have used Central Virginia Services in the past and plan on continuing to use their services. They are very professional; respond quickly to calls, punctual, helpful, friendly, and priced fairly.

They were professional and showed me what happened (power wire sleeve rubbed off and arc'd to pipe causing hole in pipe). Checked all features while here to ensure everything was working properly. Wore booties when in the house to keep things clean.

Mark Page and his team at Central Virginia Services do incredible work with incredible customer service! I called them out to my house to inspect a steady leak coming from the main unit in my crawlspace after we had a water loss in the laundry room. Mark came out quickly and got us all fixed up in no time. 5 months later, I discovered water in the air ducts and panicked! I "demanded" they come back and finish the job and I was admittedly a little more aggressive in my communication than I should have been. As it turns out, it was a completely separate issue from the first one but instead of responding to my brashness with defensiveness, Mark's Team came back out, fixed us up in about 2 hours and even waived the service fee! THAT'S customer service! I will be using Mark and Central Virginia Services for all of my HVAC needs from here on out and you should too!

Central Virginia Services was quickly responsive on the phone and arrived promptly on a Saturday. Technician was very professional and diagnosed the problem, had the part in his truck. All fixed and tested within a short time. Price was very fair. We've used them many times before, and have always been super pleased with their service, as we were today.
