Everything started out great. The person came out and ordered the parts. My husband took the day off of work to wait for the repair person. They never showed up. I went online to use the chat function to find out what to do next. It isn't actually a chat function: it only allows you to do 7 things none of which is figure out when someone is coming. It just kept tellming me my appointment was yesterday and there is no way to speak with a human.

The contractors Kevin and Jeannie were awesome. Very professional and courteous. They worked diligently in a high temperature heat wave. The window installation is beautiful. They even cleaned each window after it was installed. During the process they would ask if we were satisfied with the job and we were. They were the best. We now have beautiful Windows and met 2 beautiful people who installed 22 Windows better than a work crew of 10 people. We will continue to use SEARS for future projects. Joseph W. , Jarratt, Va.

The sales person was from sears he gave us 3 options to choose from, we also got reward points that we used to purchase other items for our home. They subcontracted a company to install it and they came out as Soon as they could whe they found out we did not have any heat. I would use them again. The service we received was excellent.
