"The information provided on the first phone call was detailed on the process of re-glazing and the prices. Work started promptly and was finished in about 3 1/2 hours. The bathtub looks new again. The man who did the work was very professional. "The work took longer than anticipated, some due to factors beyond their control (suppliers delivering wrong tiles) but not all (workers not coming everyday or on days when scheduled or working full 8 hours).  They were not always on time, which often wasn't a big deal but the uncertainty was an issue when one of us had to stayed home from work to meet them.  The quality of the products is very high, but the quality of the installation was less so.  We had to have them come back several times to fix issues with the tiles and an electrical issue. They were very responsive and more than willing to keep working until we were completely satisfied, which by the end we were.  At the end, the kitchen looks beautiful and we really enjoy it.  I don't think the issues we had were anything out of the ordinary for a kitchen remodel, and we would consider using them again for future projects."

Joseph and another member came within a couple of days to assess the situation, make recommendations, and take measurements.
