Dale was prompt in providing a very reasonable quote, communicated well, and went the extra mile to make sure the job was done right. Our original kitchen contractor had not properly adhered the tiles to the underlayment. Grout Masters replaced the broken tiles, painstakingly stabilized all of the other loose tiles, perfectly matched the existing grout, and cleaned and sealed the grout in the entire kitchen. This time, we are confident that the work will last! We are now considering Dale and tear for our bathroom remodeling tile work. Highly recommend!"

"JFK delivered. I had water damage in my kids bathroom that ruined the linoleum and the subfloor. They replaced the damaged subfloor and tiled the entire floor. Were always on time and was on budget. Did I mention how affordable they were!"

"The work took longer than anticipated, some due to factors beyond their control (suppliers delivering wrong tiles) but not all (workers not coming everyday or on days when scheduled or working full 8 hours).  They were not always on time, which often wasn't a big deal but the uncertainty was an issue when one of us had to stayed home from work to meet them.  The quality of the products is very high, but the quality of the installation was less so.  We had to have them come back several times to fix issues with the tiles and an electrical issue. "I contacted Granite Vision and spoke with Roni, explaining that because the vanity was in an awkward place in this small bathroom, I needed help to decide what was required. Joseph and another member came within a couple of days to assess the situation, make recommendations, and take measurements. Joseph then emailed pictures of various granite slabs since I was unable to get to their site, and within a week his team installed the top, offset sink, and my faucet. Both their installer and plumber readily answered all questions. ASK ABOUT CARPET PROTECTION(the carpet has cell and the cell are open after cleaning, protection fill the cell and doesn't allow permanent stains). The voucher can not be substituted for other services. I called for clarification, he answered and said "it's in the second line"  I asked once more because I didn't understand what I read and he just kept saying " you read the second line"  That made me feel stupid so I said " OK  thank you".
The punctuality and work was good but the communication was the worst Iv'e seen in a long time.  
The reason I said no to using him again is because of this review.  After saying anything negative again I wouldn't want  him back in my house. 
I am a contractor on Angie's List too and if someone ask me about a small basic job I quote it verbally or send a personalized quote if needed.  That is just crazy to send me a blanket letter of prices and when I called to ask about it he just kept saying  "look at the email...   look at the email"

It is very slim and very colorful , seemingly random, glass tiles -- which led to beautiful choices for counter color and paint color and fabric selections -- we love the whole effect -- and it all started with the tile. Marina let me check out the tile sample from the store, when I first found it, so I could take it with me to check against my other selections for the kitchen -- very helpful and so much appreciated. Everyone who saw it loved it, too!
The work was done with great precision and neatness, and I was so impressed.  Everything worked on schedule as planned.
I will go back next time we are working on some home improvements -- soon!
