Dale was prompt in providing a very reasonable quote, communicated well, and went the extra mile to make sure the job was done right. Our original kitchen contractor had not properly adhered the tiles to the underlayment. Grout Masters replaced the broken tiles, painstakingly stabilized all of the other loose tiles, perfectly matched the existing grout, and cleaned and sealed the grout in the entire kitchen. This time, we are confident that the work will last! We are now considering Dale and tear for our bathroom remodeling tile work. Highly recommend!"

"The tile and tub were reglazed in a satin white that makes the tub and ceramic tile look like new. The two workers were professional and courteous and did an excellent job. They were very careful to tape and protect our newly painted walls and cover the wood floors as well as venting the fumes out the window. The owner, Will, is very responsive and professional. "The work took longer than anticipated, some due to factors beyond their control (suppliers delivering wrong tiles) but not all (workers not coming everyday or on days when scheduled or working full 8 hours).  They were not always on time, which often wasn't a big deal but the uncertainty was an issue when one of us had to stayed home from work to meet them.  The quality of the products is very high, but the quality of the installation was less so.  We had to have them come back several times to fix issues with the tiles and an electrical issue. They were very responsive and more than willing to keep working until we were completely satisfied, which by the end we were.  At the end, the kitchen looks beautiful and we really enjoy it.  I don't think the issues we had were anything out of the ordinary for a kitchen remodel, and we would consider using them again for future projects."

"I needed a new kitchen on a budget.  After I chose the cabinets, I needed granite, so I Googled and went to Angie's List and found Granite Vision.  The guys in the office were great.  They had a lot to choose from.  Even though I chose the "A" level (lowest cost and quality) my new countertops look like a million dollars!  They were easy to work with, very professional, and prompt for their appointment to do the install.  they have a big selection and I could see the entire slab, not just a little piece like some others.  The crew did a fantastic cleanup job too!  I would recommend these folks  highly.

"Team's lead installer Byron and his 2-person crew did an amazing job on a large tile install (large plank tiles, 400 Sq. Ft., kitchen, laundry, bath). They did the work in only 3 days, were very efficient and polite, and took time to make sure the work was done in a careful and detailed manner. Will definitely be using them again for our next Flooring job!"

Mr Hewes did a very good job, and we are very pleased with the results.  He was a little late coming, but called us and explained why he would be late, so we weren't sitting around wondering where he was.  We found him on Angie's List and looked at the comments about him and took a chance, and now we know why the reviews are so good.  Will definately call him again next time.
