About us
Since 1991, I have enjoyed my trade tremendously. Because a former employer gave me the opportunity to change professions in lean times, I learned the trade from the groundwork. Starting as a helper and moving forward being mentored by experienced tile installation mechanics with more than 30 years of experience respectfully working in and around the Washington DC area for approximately 17 years with one employer. It took me approximately 5 years to learn the trade by on hands experience before I was able with the confidence of my employer to manage and complete tile projects he gave me to the satisfaction of not only himself but the customer also. Our goal was to please the customer as it is still my goal today. In October 2006, I started my own business with the confidence that I have received working with other tradesmen as well as customers to there satisfaction. I appreciate and hope I can be of any service to you in the trade I have chosen to pursue.

John was a pleasure to work with! He and his installers did a beautiful job tiling our bathroom shower walls with 24x48 tiles. Work was completed in the time promised and we are very pleased with the outcome!

John did an amazing job tiling a new shower we installed in our basement. His quality is fantastic and he is very reasonably priced. The shower had some odd angles and John was very meticulous with his work. We could not be happier with how it turned out and would absolutely not hesitate to use him again. JFK delivered. I had water damage in my kids bathroom that ruined the linoleum and the subfloor. They replaced the damaged subfloor and tiled the entire floor. Were always on time and was on budget. Did I mention how affordable they were!

I have never written a review for anything ever. I had to for JFK Tile! Best experience with John. Showed up same day that I called for estimate. He went out of his way to fit us into his schedule. He would even call when he was on his way. He was so meticulous and hard working. The final outcome of his workmanship in our bathroom is beautiful. It was an absolute pleasure to do business with John of JFK Tile. I 100% recommend and will use again!

John Kahle is one of the best tile installers I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He did three new 3' x 6' tile showers in my home renovation. They are each examples of his exceptional craftmanship. John Kahle worked tirelessly to complete his work on time and his pricing was fair and reasonable.
