Dale was prompt in providing a very reasonable quote, communicated well, and went the extra mile to make sure the job was done right. Our original kitchen contractor had not properly adhered the tiles to the underlayment. Grout Masters replaced the broken tiles, painstakingly stabilized all of the other loose tiles, perfectly matched the existing grout, and cleaned and sealed the grout in the entire kitchen. This time, we are confident that the work will last! We are now considering Dale and tear for our bathroom remodeling tile work. Highly recommend!"

"We were in a bind and needed a previously installed granite countertop in the kitchen modified. We had a new refrigerator, and the door wouldn't open all the way back, bumping against the door jam. We needed to have the granite cut back about an inch to remedy the problem ( slide the refrigerator over a little). The problem was, we were having a new tile backsplash installed the following day, and needed the granite cut before starting that job. I called Granite Vision, and asked them if they could perform it the same day. "I stopped in to see the selection of appropriate tile for my new (lacquered white) kitchen  -- Marina asked what I liked and gave me a few suggestions -- and I looked at EVERYthing -- but kept coming back to my favorite, which was not at all what I had expected to choose!

It is very slim and very colorful , seemingly random, glass tiles -- which led to beautiful choices for counter color and paint color and fabric selections -- we love the whole effect -- and it all started with the tile. Marina let me check out the tile sample from the store, when I first found it, so I could take it with me to check against my other selections for the kitchen -- very helpful and so much appreciated. Everyone who saw it loved it, too!
The work was done with great precision and neatness, and I was so impressed.  Everything worked on schedule as planned.
I will go back next time we are working on some home improvements -- soon!
