Hristo did everything possible to get the job done. This particular June 2016 was filled with many rain days and made his schedule hectic. He kept me in the loop and was up front and honest about the delay noting vinyl liners must be installed in dry, sunny weather - none of which came for a few weeks.

The job was handled quickly and professionally while his team made several visits to complete the job. During this time we got even more rain but the liner was installed by then and they finished all well within the timeframe.

I write all this because Hristo kept me informed which I appreciated and which has earned him and his team my respect and gratitude.

A job more than well done! Also, within budget :)

They stated that the unit needed a circuit board or perhaps after installing a circuit board it could need a new motor. We had to pay $89.00 for an for an incorrect diagnosis. As it turned out we needed a new motor and not a circuit board."

I felt like I was being spoken down to because they were trying to explain something to me, but I already knew what it meant. They assumed I didn’t know what they were talking about. The deal isn’t going to work out because of extra costs."

"The owner of the company came out and gave me an estimate of the work I wanted his company to do the very same day I called him to inquire about using his company's services.  The work was started and finished according to the scheduled two days that he said it would take to complete everything that I wanted done.  The work was done in a professional, timely manner, by efficient, knowledgeable workers, who did an excellent job!!!  Mr. Martinez made sure that everything was to my satisfaction upon completion of the job.  When I told him that my old door to my carport shed was too raggedy and old to go back up, he had one of his carpenters install me a new door the very next day.  The carpenter who installed the door also did an excellent, professional job of reframing the door opening and installing a classy looking new door!
