"After 4+ years in the DC area, Adam Contracting has performed a number of services for us. This last project was a bathroom remodel and tile. Their crew was very professional and we were very pleased with the work. Everything Adam Contracting LLC has done for us has been professionally done and they are great to work with. This remodel was the perfect final touch to our home ahead of the house going to market. We are moving from the area but I would highly recommend you consider Adam Contracting for your housing needs. They are versatile and can complete a number of projects. We are grateful for the relationship we built with this company over time."

"Rodney is great. Very responsive, reasonably priced, and sends reports very quickly. He does all my lead paint inspections for all my rental properties. I've worked with several lead inspectors and won't use anyone else. Highly recommended."

"I was really worried about the water damage at my place, so I searched on internet for someone to clear this mess and I came across this company and called them instantly for help. The Experts arrived in just 30 mins after the call and did a great job removing and drying the water. I’m really glad that I chose them for help and would surely recommend them to anyone in need."

"Rodney was phenomenal. He was extremely informed about DC lead laws, professional and ON TIME. I will be working with him again on future projects."

"CSI did a thorough inspection, provide analysis, detailed report of findings and provided pictures of the areas with issues as well as aerial views of the house, lot and surrounding area. We are definitely hiring them for the Final Home Inspection and analysis."

"PuroClean in Stevensville has now worked with me through two separate flood disasters to my home. In both instances they were professional, accessible, and did excellent work. Past reviews on Angie’s List (through 2016) May not reflect the company’s high quality performance under new ownership. I would recommend this PuroClean to family and friends."

"They came out to do a test the same day I called and were very helpful!"

"Christian and his team were fantastic! We needed our basement re-finished after some flooding with the recent rains. They responded promptly with a quote and came in to do the demo before the waterproofing company installed a sump pump. They were flexible when we ran into some delays with the waterproofing, and showed up when we were ready to start. They provided creative solutions for how to re-finish the space to make it even more functional than before. Communication with the team was great, quality workmanship, and all at a great value. We'll definitely look to them again for any future work. Thank you!!"

I used Mr. Murphy services three times and each time I was very satisfied. Below are the reasons why I definitely would utilize his service again and refer him to others.

·         He was dependable, very professional and courteous.

·         He arrived on time.

·         He had all of the up to date equipment needed to perform his duties.

·         The home inspection report was very in-depth; it gave great insight into             all aspects of the home. The pictures were very professional.

·         He is very knowledgeable in his field.

·         He explained things in layman?s term.

It?s hard to find great service like this anymore. I would not by another house until it goes through Mr. Murphy inspection. You probably need to charge more. Thanks again.
