"They were timely and they don't try to upsell you. They always explain clearly what they're doing and were good at giving reminders."

"The work Superior Landscaping performed was flawless. The patio looks amazing, the retaining walls with custom lighting are beautiful and everything Troy recommended for the job was spot on. The communication before and during the job was very clear and the project was started on time and finished on time, if not ahead of schedule. This is the second time we have hired Superior Landscaping. Both were largish projects and both came out perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend and will use Superior again in the future. They go above and beyond what is required!"

"Extremely happy with Jacob who cleared 2 drains and fixed 2 toilets in the first 15 minutes. Then replaced the outdoor faucet and indoor pipe leading to the faucet. Fast work, very good service. Definitely use again."

"We have had a crazy (and crazy ambitious) backyard project going for five years, involving 90 feet of huge stone gabions (wire boxes filled with rock), a wild meadow with paths, and a 1000+ sq/ft patio area that we wanted segmented into various components (patio, fire pit area, play area, etc). Plus a yard-wide drainage issue that needed to be dealt with. Over the years we solicited estimates from literally a half-dozen landscapers, who all either disappeared (didn't want to deal with it) or gave us walloping estimates for much more than we wanted.

Jesse at Tillerman Gardens was totally different. He listened. Can't tell you how important that is. And rather than start thinking about the ways is wouldn't work, his mind immediately went to how he could make it work, and how he could do it at a reasonable cost.

He was super-busy the summer we contacted him so we didn't get to start working until months later, but he kept in touch the whole time and explained his schedule. Once we started working, he and his crew were just a joy to work with. They have a real passion for their work and they are so good at it. In addition to the solid patio, they did a great job with a tricky concrete project, and moved four giant boulders down a narrow half-driveway into place in our backyard -- no easy task.

Jesse was constantly in touch about design and implementation details (though my sense is he would be fine making decisions if that is what the client wanted). It was clear throughout the job that Jesse was laser-focused on getting us the patio we wanted. He was constantly making changes and adding bits and pieces we wanted, most of which didn't show up on the final invoice.

A few weeks after they finished, the big spring storms starting hitting. I emailed him with some small issues regarding the drainage pattern, and he emailed right back and offered to help if necessary. We are still figuring it out but I appreciate how clearly he stands by his work.

I feel so fortunate we ended up working with Jesse. Can't recommend Tillerman Gardens highly enough. "

"I have about 2 acres of wooded yard and fell hopelessly behind dealing with the leaves. So I contacted the folks at ACE for some help. The staff and service was great from start to finish.
They we friendly when I called to  set up the appointment and worked with me to accommodate my work schedule. And, they continued to to make sure I was in the loop when the two gentlemen came to do the work. Not only did they contacted me to tell me they were going to be a bit delayed - it turned out to be about an half-hour - because of some engine troubles, they also spent time with me when the arrived to find out what my expectations were and where I wanted them to focus their efforts. Afterwards, they gave me regular progress updates. Since they were hired at an hourly rate, they wanted to make sure that they completed the work  I needed done and that there were no unexpected surprises regarding the cost. Both of which, I very much appreciated.
Moreover, although the cost was a bit higher than I hoped, that was because I underestimated the scale of the job. In retrospect, the cost was very fair given  the herculean effort of the two gentlemen - unfortunately I can't recall their names - to clear up all of the leaves. They worked nonstop, methodically, and effectively, and were able to clean up the entire property. When they were done there wasn't so much as a leaf or branch left behind anywhere. I was amazed!
I can't say enough good things about the folks at ACE. I would hire them again in an instant and would recommend them to anyone who needs work done around the yard.

"Called MJ Homes Services to request mold testing at my residence. They responded to my request within in a 24 hour period. I received a quote promptly after the test was completed. I am so impressed with the services of this company."

"The owner was very comfortable to talk to about the water leaking problem in the basement. He did a great job explaining how the job to prevent future leaks would be completed. His brother managed the crew when the job started. It went very smoothly. The team had 4 men and finished the job in only 2 days. The system has kept my basement dry through summer down pours and the most recent snow melt. No water leaks. Everyone was very courteous and efficient. I am very happy with the service.

"We noticed that the bottom of our bathroom sink pipe was rusting out and leaking. We contacted Jiffy Plumbing the next morning and spoke with an intake receptionist. As promised, we were contacted within fifteen minutes by dispatch and informed that a technician was already in our area for a morning job and could come in the afternoon if convenient to us. Again as promised, we received a call in the early afternoon to let us know that the technician was available and on the way. Our technician, Remo, was professional and knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the situation, clearly communicated his repair plan with pricing and navigated around our pedestal sink in making the repair (tight space). In addition, he showed us that our drain pipe was clogged and clearly communicated the pricing to snake it. Along the way, he gave us a couple of improvements that we may want to consider in the future to reduce wear and tear on our pipes, but no pressure or upselling. Expert results with very little inconvenience and we are very satisfied customers. I gave a B on pricing just because in general it is hard for us consumers to really know a reasonable market range for plumbing services. We do plan to contact Jiffy in the future."

They took care of all aspects if my oil tank replacement including transferring oil to the new tank, county permits and inspection reports needed to put the new tank into service.
