We told him what we wanted to do and he came up with a 3-D floor plan which was key in helping us fine tune our plan. He was very helpful, communicative and professional. His workers were also great to work with and we were glad to have them in our home. We could not be happier with the finished project. We are starting on remodeling our master bathroom and updating the vanity in one of our other bathrooms. It was an easy decision to go through CI Cabinetry again for our bathroom cabinet needs."

He noticed that one of the pieces would end up leaving a bit of a gap due to our walls being uneven. He had a new piece cut to be picked up and still completed the job promptly. "Have worked w/Bob Stahl since 2012 (Stahl Cabinets is now Neptune Kitchen and Bath), and was so pleased with his work that we've not used anyone else since. After some cosmetic improvements to our kitchen, powder room, and (ex) wet bar area in 2012, we decided in 2017 to upgrade our master bath, and the result was beyond our expectations (7 pix-) - could not be more pleased! We then, earlier this year/2019, decided to upgrade the guest bathroom (4 pix); convert the old brick/ceramic tile, non-working fireplace (1 pix; gas insert includes backlit/colored pebbles); bar area (1 pix, added wine racks); powder room vanity (1 pix); as well as change the kitchen cabinetry color (from polyurethane golden oak to white/peripheral cabinets, and mint green/island) (2 pix) ... again, outstanding results! Finally, we installed built-in shelving in the FROG (office), with a library ladder - quite pleased! Constant communication on both schedule and cost (on target, no surprises) - will not work with anyone else!. We recommend Neptune unconditionally!"

"I regret ever contracting this company! From the beginning there were signs but I stuck with it because I thought they would keep their promise to deliver. This was a nearly $20,000.00 job. Once they were paid they disappeared. The job is still incomplete. Both Tony and Terry gave me their word they would be back to fix the errors and complete the job, never heard back. Impossible to get anyone to call you back from the company either! After posting review of my experience with them on google, they had the nerve to post a response stating that the reason why they wouldn’t come out and finish the job was because they were owed money from a previous job. When I challenged that they couldn’t come up with an explanation or any paperwork whatsoever!! The outdoor kitchen looks like it was put together with paper glue by a bunch of amateurs! Stay clear!! Below is our response to their statement that there was money owed. Soon after they came to the restaurant and patched some of the issues but they are yet to fix the mess with the outdoor kitchen. ——////-/ First and foremost there is no balance. I have all the receipts and correspondence along with copies of all checks we wrote as well as witnesses when Tony Pirrone came and picked up the check, which he wanted made out to himself! I would be happy to post all of our correspondence for the world to see! Secondly, the job was supposed to have been completed in February! It is now mid October and you are yet to provide me with a date of when you will complete the job."
