Ideal Organizing + Design is a team of professionals based out of the Hampton Roads area that specializes in helping you with Senior Move Management, and residential and small business organizing. Our services include home and office organization, interior design, virtual organizing, staging to sell your home and moving/downsizing/relocation assistance. We understand that each one of our clients has different needs and budgets and will come alongside you to help you achieve your individual goals. We will use our skills and proven techniques to encourage you through the organizing process to create a stylish, economical, relaxing and functional interior space within your home, office or business. Our goal is to help you get organized and to stay organized. IOD is offering up to 6 months of 0% financing for a full week of organizing with a team of two professional organizers. This is often more than enough time to organize your entire home!

The customer service is excellent. Pria is a joy to speak with. The two people who performed the work were only able to get to 1 file cabinet drawer. I have 6. They sorted 1 box. This cost me approximately $525 - $585. I really like the owner though and hopefully will get the opportunity to give them a second chance. Right now, I'm unable to afford another appt.

This company is so professional and so efficient. My room went from clutter everywhere to a beautiful, organized space. If you are ADHD and overwhelmed, call these people. If you are disabled or have mobility issues, call these people. They do all of the work. You just have to say, â Keep, recycle, donate, or trash.â Maybe a little on the pricey side, but really so worth it. They inspired me to keep the space organized and clutter free. So happy with the results.

I love there company, they are very professional, on time, friendly, organized and a group of courtesies people I ever met. I would hire theses people again and again because they keep there words no matter what if they tell you that they are going to do something believe it because they are that good and more. I will hire them at a drop of a dime, so if you ever need help with your home, garage or whatever those will be the people to call because a peace of mind is better than having no peace of mind any day, so if you are looking for help and want the job done right and on time please call them because your now will be your reality!!! Completed a master closet remodel for me. Professional, easy to work with, completed project in one day on the weekend, flexible time schedule, cleaned up after job was completed, very personable. My project was fairly simple, so I did not utilize the design services.

From the preliminary appointment with Ms Tria, to the actual day that they came in to help me organize and pack my stuff, I noticed that they were very sweet and friendly, quick and to the point, thorough and professional. It was a great experience that took a whole lot of stress off of my shoulders! I will definitely be reaching out for any further assistance with any organizing or packing/unpacking and I definitely recommend their services. Just make sure you contact them with enough time for them to schedule your appointment, they were quite flexible for me because of a time crunch but for future reference I will be reaching out earlier.

I canceled service after two days with this company and lost my deposit. In a nutshell, did not feel as if the quality of work being performed was worth the cost. I grew increasingly concerned that the employees were intentionally dragging the project out in order to drive the overall cost up.

"Mr. Walker lost his deposit because he cancelled the night before our scheduled start, the Scheduled Service part of our Ideal Organizing Solutions (IOS) Agreement requires a 48 hours notice. Mr. Walker stated he did not feel as if the quality of work being performed was worth the cost. A six-day project completion is qualified in the Statement of Work Section of our Agreement (sorting, removal, and organizing). Mr. Walker cancelled service at the end of day two (at the end of the sorting process) not allowing us to complete the project."

This may be the 5th time I've had them back to help with "organizational maintenance" of our home to keep up with our ever-changing family needs. We hired IOS once again to help with the downsizing of our bedrooms and upstairs living area. The professional staff arrived at my home on time. They listened to my vision and specific needs of our family. The IOS team and I worked collaboratively throughout the day to move some outdated furniture and general downsizing of our bedrooms. We, once again, have very functional, attractive spaces on our second floor that my family will enjoy and feel comfortable in. Tria and her team are amazing! I have battled with clutter and a lack of home routine for most of my adult life, they came in with caring, comapssion, and kindess and helped me create a calm and comfortable space for my family. They definitely went above and beyond! They shared their visions for each space before making changes, and everything looks amazing! They repurpose before recommending purchaes. I would have paid twice what I paid them buying more stuff I thought would fix my clutter, but instead I was able to get rid of unnecessary things and use what I already had. The follow up visits are a great way to help stay on track and they are committed to helping their clients succeed. With that said, I hope I never need their help again, but I would not hesitate to call if I did!! Thank you for making my house a home!

Tria and her team are nothing short of amazing. They helped me accomplish in 7 hours what I have struggled with for many, many years. They kept me motivated and focused on sorting and making decisions. To anyone considering hiring them, pick up the phone and call them.
