"I was on the market for a security system and this one seemed easy enough to install.......went through the process and some of the window sensors were not working. I called Customer Support who was very friendly and we went through the entire process again...this time other window sensors did not work. This went on for a week or so...then the door senors stopped working....than the motion sensor stopped working...at no time in over a month did I have a fully operational security system. As I was about to return the system I was told they have "new" sensors and they just realized they received a bad batch and are working with another company.....Gave it a try....and same issue returned....some sensors worked....some didn't. I finally returned the system and stopped getting emails.....only to find that they were still billing my credit card even after I returned the equipment. Very nice people and very understanding.....unfortunately their product is not up to par. While we do have a large home, it's an open concept and the sensors that weren't working were no more than 15ft away from the base. The previous owners of my house had a wireless system with no issues at all.....I'm going to be using that company going forward."

"Owner Ricky Stroup was infinitely patient with us, as after our initial meeting it took us over a year to hire his company to do this work. During that year, we had multiple conversations with him regarding the scope of our project, and he was as willing to contract the scope as to expand it. He wrote several proposals for us, so we could see the financial impacts of our different scope options. Our indecision on scope, and delay in scheduling, never caused any frustration or ill will on his part. Mr. Stroup was helpful, friendly, and patient throughout! His team installed everything in one day, and all who worked on our project were extremely courteous and professional. We have been very impressed with the quality of the work. "For 3 of my window sashes, I was upsold the hidden screens. One of these windows was impossible for me to close immediately, and another on was difficult to close. A service tech was sent out to examine these hidden screens, (Event Number 230525-002699) and he was able to force the one closed by deforming the vinyl of the window and scratching the latch, and I never heard anything back about it. I had to order a replacement regular screen, at my own expense. I then received an email from you to schedule further service at a time four months after the original complaint, and I replied that I had ordered a replacement for the one screen at my own expense, and that if you were just going to send someone out to examine them and do nothing, not to bother. I then received a phone message from Brendan saying that since I “basically resolved the issue that you already had with the screen” that he was closing out the case. Now another one of the hidden screens is dropping upon opening and does not connect at the bottom of the screen, so I have to replace that as well, at my own expense, because your warrantee is worthless.
