Very polite. He asks questions to verify what work he is asked to complete. He keeps a clean work area. Jon fixed sloppy work from a prior contractor. Arrives on time or early. Prices are perfect in my opinion. Comparing to current subcontractors that I have received quotes, Jon is a portion of thier quote. I have a handyman for life.
