They repaired a large dent on my Toyota. They did a great job and matched the paint perfectly. Very professional piece of work. It did take a little longer to do the job than I was originally told, but the results were worth it.

The Jeep's frame was 25% rusted-out in the forward section nearest ground level.  The Jeep lived 10 years in Satellite Beach, Florida.  John provided me with an estimate indicating that this type of repair was routine for this shop but would take a few days. The repair was scheduled.  I delivered the Jeep per schedule. True to John's estimation, the repair took a couple of days and the cost did not exceed the estimate.  The plasma cutter coupled with the competency of the technician resulted in a repaired-like-new painted, weatherized frame.  WOW!  BEAUTIFUL work that will never be seen by the casual passer-by. BUT, I will BRAG about it! This pristine, tenderly-cared-for, OEM, show-room Jeep is ready for another 100,000 miles!  Chris, the owner, observed me as I was getting ready to leave when picking up the Jeep after repair.  He was very excited about the opportunity to service the vehicle and was obviously proud of the work done by his shop.  He took out his phone and showed me photos of MY Jeep going through the frame repair!  My opinion of Chris is  that he is very intent on providing excellent service resulting in perfect result.  I WILL choose Extreme Custom Collision in Woodbridge, VA, in the future!  Thank you Chris, John and Custom Collision Crew!

Extreme Custom Collision totally rocks! My car, a 2008 Buick Lacrosse was in an accident on 7 Dec 14. Chris picked it up from the Route 1 Buick Dealer (who is also awesome) on the 20th of December and began doing the body work. He and Scott both kept me well informed of the status of repairs and the day I picked it up on 8 Jan 14, you couldn't even see where it had been damaged. I drove it home thinking WOW, these guys do a fantastic job. I just didn't realize how fantastic. I was looking over the entire car and suddenly realized there wasn't a rock chip or scratch to be seen ANYWHERE on the car. The entire car looks like I just drove it off the show room floor and it's a five year old car! These guys are the BEST! They're knowledgeable, professional and extremely understanding of a million questions. If you need body work, detailing, windshield replacement or a myriad of other things, these are the guys to go to. They ROCK!

They were very honest, straight forward, clear, responsible with staying in touch with me, let me know upfront that it might take 2 weeks or more because it was involving insurance claims and adjusters.  I like how they let me know what to expect right away.  They have a lifetime guarantee with the parts they put in.  They did an excellent job. I feel confident that the car was restored correctly with new parts and that the car is just as good as if I had not had the accident.

After noticing some rust forming in the bed of my F150, the dealer recommended that I contact Extreme Custom Collision, the place they use for body work. ECC recently started offering Rhino spray on bed liners as part of their business.

I called and received a price over the phone based on the size of my truck bed, then stopped by later that day to see a sample of the product. Since I liked what I saw, they were able to get me scheduled within a few days. I dropped the truck off on Saturday morning, and 1 1/2 hours later, it was ready for pickup.

These guys are easy to work with, and I would recommend them in the future.

I don't even have the words to express how wonderful this place is.  Someone backed into my Mustang and a friend suggested this place; I'm so glad they did.  Not only was it ready on time, with no hidden charges, it was even a little less than the quote.  My car looks better than before the accident, I swear I almost cried when I went to pick her up (I'm a girl, it's allowed!)  I got her back cleaned inside and out.  Everyone was completely professional and they took the time to explain everything they were going to do.  They even called to keep me updated on the progress along the way.  If I ever need more work done (god forbid), or decide to have any upgrades installed, this will be the only place I go.

Customer service rep was knowlegable and informative.  They promised to complete the work on a certain day, and they delivered!   The price was less than quoted because they offered a senior's discount.  We were able to drop the car off and pick it up at our convenience.  Chris, the owner, and Stacy, the rep, were great.  They were very cooperative and responsive in meeting all our needs.  they even supplied me with touch up paint. 
Our car dealer used this same company to repair some paint when we purchased a different vehicle, and they did a fantastic job on that car as well.  Because I did not want this to be an insurance claim, I had other estimates that were nearly twice as much as this company.  I would highly recommend them based on their flexibility, responsiveness, quality of work, and timeliness.  I would highly recommend them for insured or non-insured work.  I would definitely use them again.

Absolutely outstanding! Finest body shop, bar none, that I have ever done business with.  Chris is a true professional, is an expert in his business and employs a first-class team.  From the my first engagement with Extreme Custom Collision I was treated with courtesy and responsiveness.  Chris ensured the job was costed out accurately from the beginning, ensured parts were either ordered ahead of time or on-hand so as to minimize the time I would be without my vehicle.  Throughout the job, Chris provided regular status updates, including sending me photos of the various work stages.  He even invited me into the shop to see the progress first-hand and meet some of his team.  Very unusual, personal treatment -- it was refreshing to work with a shop like this.  My truck was ready on-time and in accordance with the schedule Chris had planned out.  Every last detail was taken care of including professionally detailing the vehicle inside and out (including waxing).  I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the work completed on my F250, as well as the personal treatment I received from Chris and his team.  If you are looking for a body shop in the Wash DC metro area, this is the place!

My car was damaged to an auto accident, so I had $0 for my out of pocket expenses;  the other driver's insurance carrier paid for the repairs. However, the total cost was roughly $1900. The staff was very knowleadgeable, professional and pleasant.  They did an excellent job and I was just amazed by the end results. I plan to take my car back to have the entire car painted because the paint is fading and damage done to the hooddue  to a previous unrelated incident. While my car was being fixed, I was entitiled to a car rental, which Extreme Custom Collision graciously arranged on my behalf. Even when it was time to return the rental, all I had to do was leave the rental car with them and they took care of the rest! They are a great group of folks and I'd recommend all my friends and family to them for any type of auto body work/painting services!

They are very professional and very honest in how they conduct business.  I had used them in the past and was VERY satisfied with their work.  The work is done so well that you can't even tell there had been any damage!!!
