"Because I just had these rods installed a few days ago (and now it's Nov 26, 2021) I haven't had enough time to evaluate the work quality and value - but I have no reason to doubt that both are good. I priced materials for this job, as I originally planned to install themselves, but when I realized that I truly didn't want to get up on the roof of my house (which is quite high) or to get on the roof of my barn (metal, thus slippery) I decided to hire the pros. So that I am very happy with and of course it therefore cost more than it would have if I had done the job myself - but it was safer for me, and also much quicker than I would have been. So, I am glad I called W B."

"Above and beyond, replaced and removed the old handler in a cramped attic, made sure that all registers were re-installed properly (were not installed by New River Heating and Air), came back to make sure everything was completed correctly, and cleaned up all the mess when it was over.  Spent a very long day and part of another to finish things off.  We will only use New River Heating and Air for any of our heating and air needs.  This is the second house we've used them on, and they are always a step above.
