"Good afternoon as we are not a perfect solution to everyone?s needs we do have issues with man power and scheduling from time to time. In this particular situation there was several conflicts with they electrical inspection being scheduled to allow us adequate time to vastly complete this project. So my apologies for the items I can control but there are things we cannot control. We issued a refund and fired this customer for verbal abuse. Many unspoken things on there part"
"Good morning everyone, we lost did drop the ball here. Unfortunately Clark Gaylord had not received his refund of $326 yet before this review was posted. But we will own up to our short comings as we had to redial in the surrounding areas. Blacksburg is a lil out of reach due to fuel cost and labor wages. All we can do as a company is improve for the existing customers we serve within a one hour radius of were we are now. Originally we had ordered the part from RepairClinic.com but on two different occasions either the wrong part was delivered or no part at all. So I have no issue with this review because this is a small part of what we do. C"
"Good afternoon thank you for taking the time to fill this review out. I had the pleasure of meeting Michelle and doing this project myself and she was a very wonderful person. However, there are many details that was left out for this review and I would like to take the time to explain. We currently priced this job as a rough drywall hang only not for finishing mud work. And as well a diagnosis of bifold double doors diagnosis only. We gave her a discount on one of the existing bifold doors because the bottom attachment had come loose not caused by us. But I was extremely descriptive in the origin estimate and unfortunately she missed several details. We did hang a towel rack for her, installed a missing switch cover plate, repaired weatherstripping on an exterior door, hung drywall only for 90 square feet of a ceiling no mud work included. And included a brand new surface mount ceiling light at no extra cost. In addition to there was an existing trunk hinge that was not repairable and needed replaced but I understood because of her timeframe to get the house sold. So they original contract we then made adjustments to discount because of the one bifold door not being repairable and the hinge for the trunk. So with our specific contracts it is extremely important that the customer must read and listen to the details. When something is missed it?s unfortunate that it has to result in this manner. After this scope of work was completed Michelle was extremely eager to get another estimate on the drywall repair above the water heater we just ran shy of $400 . Know I do not know if that has affected the review decision or not on comments I can only represent the company and explain the best I can. I also forgot to mention the one LED refrigerator light we replaced but it ended up being a non resolved matter as to why we offered a discount. I will upload pictures of this exact job for everyone to see. And in doing so we were in between hires for another drywall finisher. But typically our customer interview process fail short that day and my deep apologies for the bad review. I can only share they information I was provided. To my knowledge she was extremely pleased until the last estimate was presented and I saw this review myself online. Which was unfortunate because I have obtained copies of text messages of nothing but appreciation of our hard work and how wonderful the work looked. I. Will do a better job in the future on picking the right clients. Sincerely yours Warnie Day"
