They were excellent. Communication was clear and timely. 15 minutes after I posted the work, they called and scheduled a visit for the next day. They sent a contract within 2 days and started the work 2 weeks later. They arrived with a crew of 4 and took 4 days to complete removal of more than 20 trees. Several of the large trees were hanging over the house. They were very careful in safely taking those down with no damage to our property. All of the tree material was removed. They did an excellent job of cleaning up. I have already re-hired them to take down another large tree that is adjacent to the house

I have used other tree companies in the past but I have to tell you NRV Tree Guy will be the ONLY company I use in the future! Aside from him beating everyones price he conducts business in a very professional manner. So if you need a tree removed I highly recommend NRV Tree Guy!

Most important, the owner showed up and completed the work as scheduled. They removed a large Maple tree and its stump from my yard, planted grass. From every indication, a success. I find nothing to complain of I obtained other estimates. Theirs was not the most expensive.
