"Adam came for the original estimate.  He was knowledgeable, professional and answered my questions.  We set a date for the work and he advised I would be called the day before with details.  No call so I called and left a message.  My call was returned promptly by Amanda with many apologies.  She explained that the company was going thru a bit of a change.  I was very appreciative of her honesty.  She gave me the numbers for the roofing supplier and another client to assure me all would go well.  She certainly kept her word and the work was done in a timely manner.  She came to my home several times and called throughout the day to make sure everything was running smoothly.  We needed to do some adjustment to the original price and we were able to come to a satisfactory agreement. 
My only concern was that I am still picking up nails and staples in my yard.  They did go around with a magnet and blew off the roof but
I am still picking up debris.

"Todd and Patrick came out to measure and quote cutting an opening between my kitchen and computer room, as big as it could be, to marry both rooms. Although this was a load bearing wall, they were happy to work with me to make to happen.  It took about two and a half days. They were really nice guys, kept me informed and cleaned up after they finished. When I told them about putting a granite counter on top of the pass through, Patrick mentioned a granite place he worked for, which I ended up using instead of the one I had a quote from.
