"Superior experience from the Service Representative (Ken Q) on down to the Installations Technicians. Ken spent time looking at the A/C unit. We reviewed and he explained in detail why we had to modify the configuration of the unit, what the unit required to replace, costing, and when it could be completed. We received follow up calls asking if we had any questions with our price quote, if questions about the Company, technicians, warranty and the type of unit.
