It is a 32 x 10 deck with a Pergola in the center. It is beautiful. Because this was so awesome and the quality of work was fantastic, we now have the Fascia board on our house replaced with an addition of Soffits. It is beautiful and maintenance free. This company will be installing new gutters this week. 7th State Builders do it all. Their motto is If you can dream it, we can build it. This is so very true. I love All of the work and the crews are polite and clean up completely when finished with each job. I will be having a new addition built soon."

"A member of Mr. Davis' team replaced some of the old tiles in my bathroom. He was very professional and focused. He created a design that required him to demonstrate a lot of patience and expertise. His work actually transformed the bathroom. During this time of COVID he was careful to keep his distance and always wore a mask. He was neat and used his time wisely. The owner, Mr. Davis, did not hesitate to answer any of my questions and was straight forward with his responses. I was very satisfied with the experience."

"Original concern was structural integrity. Came out promptly for an inspection. Noted only minor issues which could be addressed easily. Also suggested stair and rail restoration, which I agreed to since the 20 year old rail was no longer visually appealing, and the staircase was no longer level. Received a detailed estimate within a few days. Gave a deposit and got on their schedule. Less than 2 weeks later, a crew arrived early, as scheduled. They worked on the project for the entire day, nearly finished and left the site clean. Came back early the next morning for final detail and clean-up. My concerns about structural integrity have been addressed and the deck looks great. I am happy."

I had got estimates that was twice what Mike charged me and he did a excellent job. My house look better than when it was new.
