Jacob listened to issues about the kitchen faucet not getting steady hot water from the system. He was able to identify and resolve the cause of the problem and remedied it and now have steady hot water to the kitchen. He also examined the plumbing of the Combi unit and noted that the circulating pump plumbing was not correct and causing the excessive hot water temperatures. He verified the plumbing with the Combi manufacturer and recommended having it plumbed correctly. Jacob also took time to examine other faucets throughout the home to ensure that were all functioning properly when hot water was requested from the Combi unit, He tested the home water pressure to help me determine if I need a booster pump to increase the home water pressure.
