"Armand was very helpful in troubleshooting why our ring doorbell wasn’t working. We thought it would be a simple fix but it ended up being challenging to actually find the blown transformer that was causing the issue. He troubleshot and then repaired the blown transformer. He also had a ring chime available with him so no need for an extra trip or for us to go out and buy one. Armand also was very communicative about the expected costs, as well as with when he was going to arrive, which we appreciated. We would definitely use him again."

"I sent a request quote to Safe Streets and my phone was ringing within 1 minute. Impressed with the quick responsiveness. They are partnered with ADT which made our choice to get our alarm system through them a no brainer."

"Dale was terrific he arrived on time, was prepared to go to work, on arrival. Picked up a few necessary items, I didn’t have. Started and finished the job, cleaned up. Left with a functioning Ring doorbell that was connected to hard wire. Very professional and thorough."

"I recently hired Red and Black Security to install a doorbell camera and security camera over my garage. They did an excellent job. They explained in detail everything they were going to do before starting the work. They were even kind enough to patiently help me get my car jumpstarted so we could get it out of the garage for the security camera work. They are very professional and very knowledgeable about the service they provide. I highly recommend them, and would use them again."

"Steven and his team were simply exceptional! From the very beginning, they were responsive, professional and clearly knowledgeable about the security system. They were proactive in scheduling, reached out to confirm the night before, and even on the morning of the service, reached out to let me know they were on their way, and would arrive on time!! The installation work they did was superb! High quality work, very clean and professional and even went above what was expected to correct other issues left by the prior security company. I simply cannot say enough good things about Steven and his team! If you want highly professional, on time and high value security work, there is no other choice. I am happy to personally speak to any prospective client about my endorsement. That’s how strongly I feel about what I’ve said here. Thank you Steven and Access Pro!!!"

"We are very pleased. We interviewed a number of security companies and received proposals including DIY to the big national and regional companies. I was not satisfied with any of the companies until I learned of 1stSecurity. Their pricing was good, both for the monthly fee ($40) and for the cost of the equipment. The manager, Jeremy, was very open and straightforward. The installer was also excellent. We asked them to install system prior to a trip we were taking in a few days and they met this short timeframe. The installation took 1-2 hours. The equipment we purchased was fairly extensive as we have a fairly large house and we wanted comprehensive coverage. This included 2 glass break sensors, a motion detector, and numerous door and window switches as well as a fire detection monitor. I accidentally set off the alarm and received a call from the monitoring company in under 10 seconds. The control panel for the system is an easy to use touch screen device, similar to an iPad. The system is very capable so you can connect smart devices to it if so inclined. We have been very pleased with the product and service so far (about 2 months)."

"Responded quickly, scheduled quickly, office responsive to questions, very professional, very nice, everything installed, set up beautifully. Will call them for everything from now on"

"Excellent. Installed above-grade lock as requested, on scheduled and at quoted price.

"I had E-TEC install our attic fan on the roof last week. The whole project literally went so well. I talked to Heidi, she explained and answered all my questions very kindly. She explained that E-TEC has a fixed price (VERY REASONABLE) - which I liked. And she said that they do not come out just for the estimate - pictures of our house were enough. I liked the approach because many times other companies come out for "free" estimate and try to make up that free time through upselling or higher rate or so. Scheduling was easy. Came out in a week for the install. Mark/Daniel explained what they are doing to ensure that I don't worry about leakage. They were very professional and nice as well. The Installation finished in about 3.5 hours. After the install they explained how to operate (kill switch) or etc. Also, I had some dead mouses in the attic. I had told them I will pick them up later, but they just picked them up and cleaned. And one of the hot days, my wife noticed right away the difference. I can't be more satisfied!"

"DIY system is nice, but the monthly cost is not in line with other DIY systems. I would go with Ring or Simplysafe next time just because of the monthly cost. Overall the support is good, but that doesn't justify the monthly cost."
