The work was completed in only two days and the crew worked nonstop to get it done. The work was flawless and the wall is in top condition now. "I have a very small pond. Harmony cleaned it last year and I was pleased with the work. This year I called for cleaning, and repair. When they came they said I would need a new liner,,, to be installed over the existing. They measured my pond, gave me an estimate based on the possibility that he would have a remnant that would fit. He also gave me an estimate of the cost of a new liner and labor. He confirmed that he had my phone number. Three weeks later when I had not heard back from him, I called. Someone with broken English answered and gave me the run around about not having the remnant. I tried to explain that I had also an estimate of a new liner. No luck with her there either. About two weeks after that I emailed him and asked again about pricing of labor for replacing the liner, and cost differential if I provided the liner. I have not heard back from the company. Based on my first experience with the company I called them again. Based upon the last experience, I would not recommend them for pond maintenance or repair."
