I had already been told by my regular HVAC service tech that a replacement unit would cost about $7000 if paid in cash or offered me a financing/service contract for 10 years at $140+ a month!! Come on guys! Chris with B&B came by the next day (Monday), we talked and he offered to replace my current Goodman units with slightly better rated ones for $4500 and would do it the next day! He and his assistance were done in under the 3 hours the next day that Chris said it would take. Very happy with the products and the services so far!! He even honored the $100 coupon that was on your site."

"They have only completed half the house because extreme weather conditions (snow and ice) prevented them from coming back as planned. They will return to complete the job next week. They cleaned our upper two floors thoroughly including shampooing carpets. The windows were not quite as clean as I would have liked but they still did a good job. They began on the kitchen but did not get to finish. I can give a better report after January 13th"

"Great! He arrived on time, with the right amount of crew, tools and positive attitude! He was very experienced with Ikea cabinets and knew when we had purchased the wrong items. He also knew when to send me back to Ikea for different parts. Ikea made alot of mistakes and he knew that was common. He wrote down the numbers of the items i needed which was extremely helpful. He and his crew were fantastic and i would hire him again in the future. His prices were very reasonable and i appreciated that. I had two glass doors that were on back order so he said i could hold back $200 from his pay until they czme in. I called him on Sunday and told him i just picked them up. He told me they would be there on Monday morning to finish the job. Of course he arrived on time and he finished the job quickly. Of the 4 companies i hired to do various things in my kitchen his was the only one i didnt have issues with. I asked him to install the lights inside and underneath the cabinets and install the microwave. The lights were difficult but he worked hard until they were done. They make the whole kitchen shine! He was extremely reasonable with the microwave installation price. I asked him for several cards and already passed them out to people that wanted a new kitchen i told them he is the best installer i ever hired. He made this overwhelming project so much easier."
