Jeff Phillips renovated an area of vinyl and tile floor that was severely water damaged in our restaurant. We had a pressing deadline to reopen the restaurant, however, the project grew bigger and bigger as unexpected obstacles continued to arise. Despite the pressure, Phillips respected our needs and worked late nights to get the job done with no complaints, simply determination. Members of our staff contributed in the ways we could, because we were pressing the project to be finished as fast as possible, for which Phillips reduced the price as fair compensation for our efforts, which we greatly appreciated. Though the luan came unglued the day we reopened, causing air bubbles under the vinyl, Phillips promptly returned to the restaurant on a Sunday- not his normal hours, but it was our only time to be closed to repair it- and he fixed it immediately. It reinforced his flexibility to ensure customer satisfaction and his dependable communication. The new floor is beautiful and better protected from future water damage, which has enhanced both the aesthetic and functionality of this area in our restaurant.
