they came and fixed leaky pump and lines which wasnt really a maintenance issue but more the maker of the pump but if i remember correctly the pump was made during the height of the covid epidemic so there were issues with most pumps and their parts>the guys came out and fixed what needed fixed...

These guys did amazing work! Had slow drains due to years of build up in pipes. Fitzy’s Maintenance Solutions came in and unclogged my drain. Very professional. I would definitely use again. Cost was way less then what competitors would charge. You won’t got wrong with this company!!

Over the years many different companies have pressure washed my deck. No one has ever done a more thorough job; no one has ever gotten the deck as thoroughly clean and new looking. He set a very high standard for his work and met it. I won't use anyone else from now on.

Very good. 4 jobs over two summers. 12 x 12 deck ($3,900) with stairs , 6x8 deck with stairs, brick steps and cyt new door into house through brick wall. Excellent work and we were pleased that is why we hired them 4 times.

They did a good job of cleaning gutters and eves. However, had to call several times to get lattice and planters stained, other portions of deck--came out and did finally, but didn't finish the job nor did what contracted for. Never could get them back out to finish the job.
