"Mr. Goldy was so accomodating. He came the same day and gave me an estimate that was so reasonable to repair my concrete steps leading up to me house. He listened to my concerns about making sure the concrete was all the same color and gave me another option. He followed through and scheduled the work for the next week and completed it in half a day as promised. He even said that if the color was not consistent that they would come back in 2 days to add another coat. I was extremely happy with his team an their service."

"Alex from Lux, gave me very helpful advice and he concluded that his company’s services were not warented. Trustworthy, honest advice, and he answered all my questions thoroughly with visual and verbal explaination. Lux is a company I would recommend and use in the future. In my personal opinion, Alex saved me $10-30k in waterproofing. He said that I did not have a moisture issue in my basement and he gave me 3 things I could do to make my basement environment safe and sound for the future. A different contractor came in and gave me a free estimate to put a sump pump in for $7k and then I’d need to finish my basement for an estimate of $20k. Alex from Lux, said I had a dry foundation and that my mold on my vinyl was likely a cause from a leak years ago from my washer or my dishwasher a level above. I truly felt that Alex was truthful, helpful and Honest. Go with Lux if you seek an honest opinion and company."

"This company is AWESOME. I was concerned about my property's water drainage/flow; I have an area that is constantly moist, collects water, and doesn't dry during the rainy season. In addition, I have a sump pump in the basement (we inherited the system from the previous owner) and wanted to make sure it was working. Bruce came out, walked me through all of my concerns. While the area that collects water could be remedied with a french drain system, he said I didn't need it for safety of my home. Then, he checked my sump pump (everything was working fine). I went to pay him for his time--and he DIDN'T charge me. What an HONEST company! He didn't sell me a system a didn't need and he didn't even charge me for his time. I know that if my sump pump system goes out--this will be the ONLY company I call."

"They did a great job because the previous one messed it up.  They did a good job.  I think he is expensive but he did a good job.  He charged more than I thought it would cost but he did a good job.  He does good work.  He shows up when he says he would but I think he is a little expensive.  He charged me $6700 and I thought he would only charge me about $5000 and it was a lot more than I thought.  But he got it done which is good.    

I don't think I will hire him again because he is expensive.  There is still one part of the wall that is not clean and he should come back for that but he still is not coming back.  He does not give a discount and I think he should be more accomodating for people with low income."

He and his son arrived as discussed and completed the work quickly and cleaned up with no mess or materials left behind. Final price was as we discussed. Need concrete work? Hire Mr Hill immediately! "Excellent work on a large foundation stabilization project. Installed 16 piers down to rock. Had to dig holes down to 10 feet to get foundation footing. Foreman Alex was great in keeping us informed as the project went on for 8 days. Highly recommend this company for any foundation work."
