"Mr. Goldy was so accomodating. He came the same day and gave me an estimate that was so reasonable to repair my concrete steps leading up to me house. He listened to my concerns about making sure the concrete was all the same color and gave me another option. He followed through and scheduled the work for the next week and completed it in half a day as promised. He even said that if the color was not consistent that they would come back in 2 days to add another coat. I was extremely happy with his team an their service."

"Alex from Lux, gave me very helpful advice and he concluded that his company’s services were not warented. Trustworthy, honest advice, and he answered all my questions thoroughly with visual and verbal explaination. Lux is a company I would recommend and use in the future. In my personal opinion, Alex saved me $10-30k in waterproofing. He said that I did not have a moisture issue in my basement and he gave me 3 things I could do to make my basement environment safe and sound for the future. A different contractor came in and gave me a free estimate to put a sump pump in for $7k and then I’d need to finish my basement for an estimate of $20k. Alex from Lux, said I had a dry foundation and that my mold on my vinyl was likely a cause from a leak years ago from my washer or my dishwasher a level above. I truly felt that Alex was truthful, helpful and Honest. Go with Lux if you seek an honest opinion and company."

"This company is AWESOME. I was concerned about my property's water drainage/flow; I have an area that is constantly moist, collects water, and doesn't dry during the rainy season. In addition, I have a sump pump in the basement (we inherited the system from the previous owner) and wanted to make sure it was working. Bruce came out, walked me through all of my concerns. While the area that collects water could be remedied with a french drain system, he said I didn't need it for safety of my home. Then, he checked my sump pump (everything was working fine). I went to pay him for his time--and he DIDN'T charge me. What an HONEST company! He didn't sell me a system a didn't need and he didn't even charge me for his time. I know that if my sump pump system goes out--this will be the ONLY company I call."

"The work I asked JP General Construction to undertake was the demolition of a 40 year old concrete in-ground swimming pool that was far past its prime. I couldn't be more pleased with the job done by JP General Construction. When I first contacted the owner, Jaime Peredo, he made time to do a site visit the same day in spite of other projects in progress. I found him and his staff to be flexible, straight forward in describing the details of the work to be done, the techniques and equipment involved and the probable duration of the project. The work ethic and attention to detail was exactly what I was looking for., especially on the part of his employee Carlos who was tireless in some very difficult work breaking up the concrete and rebar with a jackhammer. Initially I realized that this was probably not too common a job, so with due diligence I got several proposals for the work, including one from JP General Construction. I had previously been acquainted with their pool demolition work by a near neighbor who also had a pool demolition done by JP General Construction some years ago. He had been very pleased with the result, and still is. I'm certain that I made the right choice with JP General Construction. They would be at the very top of my list for any of the types of work that they do based on their pricing, work ethic, attention to detail, flexibility, detailed proposal, and ability to explain the details of the job in layman's terms as well as the final inspection process."

Was easy to work with, communicated his work schedule to me clearly, arrived on time and provided excellent service at a reasonable price. "Went excellent. Concrete slabs at garage doors had settled 3 to 6 inches. I had to build ramps in order to pull cars into garage bays. The concrete jacking has solved that issue. No more ramps needed. Excellent JES staff provided the service. And the work is guaranteed for 5 years. How often do you see that in this industry?!"

"Excellent work on a large foundation stabilization project. Installed 16 piers down to rock. Had to dig holes down to 10 feet to get foundation footing. Foreman Alex was great in keeping us informed as the project went on for 8 days. Highly recommend this company for any foundation work."
