Best sump pump installation pros near Lexington, VA

"The technician spent 3 times as long as he should have. Put a new condenser on the unit outside and told me the air handler that they had installed less than 5 years ago was so rusted he couldn't clean it. Tried like a use car salesman to convince me the entire system, 8 year old heat pump, and 5 year old air handler needed to be replaced soon. Obviously they needed work. Now, I don't trust these guys."

"Called Dexter Wells & Plumbing and John was about to come out the same day and the very next day installed a new well pump and pressure tank for us. We are very pleased with the services received. John is a very nice man and definitely knows what he is talking about when it came to our issue. Would without a doubt recommend them and use them again."

"I had drainage and sump pump added to my basement. The men, Brandon, Michael, Gabe, and Devin, worked VERY hard and the end product was great. I also appreciate their respectfulness in communicating to me about the project. Also, I received quick help anytime I called the office and spoke to Jessica. Many thanks to all of you!"

"Randy Hudson did a great job of repairing/replacing a rotted deck post on my dad?s deck.  He was very good at assessing the damage and work necessary to correct the problem.  He was good about explaining the process to us so everyone understood what was to be expected.  Randy was very friendly and completed the work as planned and scheduled.  He also did a great job of installing new lattice for the deck skirting as part of the project.  I thought the price charged was fair and reasonable and we have asked him to give us an estimate to pressure wash and paint the deck and other house trim.

"Called in claim on 6/18; tech assigned on 6 /19; so far so good. Claim was for failed well pump with NO water to my home with two disabled seniors. Due to heavy workload and no extra pay on weekends the tech came for diagnostics 4 days later. He verified the failed pump and tried to purchase one at Home Depot. None in stock, had to be ordered. Pump came in on 6/30 and tech arrived today, 7/1, and expertly installed the new pump. Choice has a $ 500 limit on well repair, which is 1/3 of a typical bill. That dollar cap is riduculous. On a positive note, C-Force provides expert work for Choice and would be my choice for any future work."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
