Best deck cleaning pros near Lakeside, VA

"Gregs personal attention to our concerns meant we could discuss various options of the project to clean, seal, and stain our deck progressed through these various stages. We are so pleased with the final result."

"Your Service My Purpose did an outstanding job on cleaning our siding. We have a Willow Green siding on our house that had heavy oxidation to it. David came out and looked at everything. Before giving us a quote, he researched several items and came back with a reasonable quote. I had contacted two other companies for quotes. One company set up an appointment but never showed up. The other one showed up but did not address the oxidation issue, even though I told them this was main problem I wanted addressed. David and his crew did an outstanding job! They went back over several areas because they were not satisfied with the results. They removed the oxidation that had built up over the past several years. The siding looked like it was just installed. David walked me around the house so if I saw anything of concern they could address. I highly recommend David and Your Surface My Purpose."

"Great! on time – things went as expected – clean up was good."

"Todd came over and gave me an estimate for deck repair, staining, and power washing that was a third of the other estimates. We are very happy with the results."

"Fast and courteos response time. Detail oriented. Took care of flooding area by installing French drain system. Great work done including clean up after. Highly recommend!"

"Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. As a former member of a site safety office in a then-Fortune 50 company, I was particularly impressed with the excellent precautions they took to insure their safety on the roof during the job. Hector’s 27+ years of experience was evident in every aspect of the job. I plan to bring him back in a year for annual maintenance. I definitely recommend No More Dirty Roofs to any home owner needing roof cleaning."

"It went great he knew what he was doing, had all the tools he needed, he didnt prolong the process. I cannot express enough how nice this gentleman was."

"After receiving multiple bids, we decided to hire Bob Stewart/Good Neighbor fence. He was very responsive, offered fair pricing, and accommodated our install date to be scheduled four months in advance as we were building a pool. The crew , led by Vernon, was very polite and professional. They cleaned up after the project was done. I wouldn't hesitate working with Bob/Good Neighbor Fence in the future!"
