Before giving us a quote, he researched several items and came back with a reasonable quote. I had contacted two other companies for quotes. One company set up an appointment but never showed up. The other one showed up but did not address the oxidation issue, even though I told them this was main problem I wanted addressed. David and his crew did an outstanding job! They went back over several areas because they were not satisfied with the results. They removed the oxidation that had built up over the past several years. The siding looked like it was just installed. David walked me around the house so if I saw anything of concern they could address. I highly recommend David and Your Surface My Purpose."

"Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. As a former member of a site safety office in a then-Fortune 50 company, I was particularly impressed with the excellent precautions they took to insure their safety on the roof during the job. Hector’s 27+ years of experience was evident in every aspect of the job. I plan to bring him back in a year for annual maintenance. Wes arrived for a same day estimate on a rainy day.  Arrived the next day to do the work.
This included deck platform repair that had a whole punched in it from a fallen tree.  I also had overhead storage racks to be installed in a garage.  He and his assistant both too great care in the installation and explaining additional options if I need more storage.
Very professional at a very reasonable price.  I will definitely use him again!
