"We originally hired them last January after the terrible winter storm. We received three estimates to remove 7 fallen pine trees and debris. They were the lowest cost and did an amazing job! They were efficient and even removed a few extra trees that weren’t part of the original bid and didn’t charge extra. They take extreme pride in a job well done. This past weekend we had them bid a new project to proactively remove 12 more large pine trees, mulch and trim bushes in front of the house. We also needed many trees removed that had fallen on our path in the woods. They gave another low estimate (for such a huge job) and proceeded to get the job done the following two days. They made sure we were satisfied and again removed a few more trees that wasn’t in the original bid at no extra cost before leaving. They are extremely professional, hard working and provide quality service. I can’t recommend them enough. You won’t be disappointed! "Ricky and his crew removed approximately 26 large trees from my property a couple where 80 ft tall and one with a 7-8 ft diameter trunk. Many were close to my home or other outbuildings. They worked so hard!!! I was amazed at the efficiency with which they tackled this enormous job. They completed this in two long days with minimal breaks in the heat and humidity. They ground all the stumps and raked and picked up every bit of the mess. I will hire them again without hesitation!!! Fair price, communicated well and worked so hard! "

"-Knowledgeable concerning the impact of pruning a tree. -Punctual- he gave me a time when his team would arrive and they arrived at the appointed time. He told an estimated time to complete the job and it was done within the time allotted. - Very competent team. The climbers knew what they were doing. Part of the job was removal of large limbs over power lines. They removed the limbs without hitting the lines. The trees I had dopped, did not take any other trees or structures with them. -Has the equipment to deal with trunks as well as branches. The only service that I interviewed that used a chipper. -Last but not least, very reasonably priced. His contact information is on my phone for the next tree project I have."

"Elder and Alex came by on a Sunday for a free estimate and gave me an excellent price. They cam in on Wednesday morning, took down a 32" walnut that was 15 feet from a fence and 20 feet from my deck. They trimmed another walnut, and branches on a maple that had branches overhanging the house and the electric service. They were on time, and were extremely pleasant and professional in their work. I wanted to save some of the wood to be sawn into lumber, and they cut those pieces exactly as I wanted and put them where they will have easy access for the sawyer. Their cleanup afterward was amazing. I highly recommend Elder and Alex for any of your tree work, and in fact asked for asome business cards to share with friends."

"I hired Jovel to build stairs, retaining walls and planters connecting my existing patio to a new patio that I also hired Jovel's company to build. The stairs, retaining wall and planters were completed in September. In October, I had a licensed inspector at my home for another project and he pointed out that the stairs Jovel had built did not meet code. The inspector stated that stairs must be of equal rise and the lower and upper stairs were not in acceptable range with the other two. He also stated that three or more stairs required a handrail and that the stairs were POOR construction. Jovel has refused to correct the issue or refund any money paid.
