Limpio House Cleaning

Limpio Cleaning has consistently been fantastic at cleaning my home at two separate locations. I would highly recommend them - they're very attentive to detail and fantastic to work with.

No one showed up either time. They texted the first time at the time they were supposed to be here saying they could not make it. They rescheduled and gave me a four hour window. Guess what no one showed up.

Limpioclean has cleaned our house several times. We have also used MaidPro, and other services. Unlike other services, Limpioclean throughly cleans each room every time. While they are efficient, using 2-3 people to divide up the tasks, they do not tend to overlook corners, baseboards, etc. They are a Great Value.

I see nothing has changed. I read several recent reviews and if I combine one of the reviews and the outcome was exactly the same as mine. She was rude nasty and poor customer service to me because I complained about the service and the fact she sent a 3 person crew and neither of them spoke English. She sent her best on the first visit and you don't even know who is coming and they come when they want. She said the same thing to me that she didn't care about my complaint because she has many Angie list customers. Angies list - the math is just not adding up. How can approximately 20% of the reviews be less than and A, however, she still has an overall A rating. I do know how to do the math. I guess it depends on how much they pay! Good to hear other customers saying the same issues I had. Almost all of the cleaning companies turn rude and nasty if you complain and they expect payment even when they don't complete the job. Most are awful people and have no sense of customer service because they don't care if their staff does a good job because most people still pay them.

I’ve been using these folks for about a year. Several issues: First is language. Very few of the employees speak ANY english. Most times at least one can speak a bit, but this is not guaranteed (see below). It is difficult to explain to them what needs to be done or what they’ve missed, etc. Second issue is continuity of crew. We appear to have a regular pair of ladies assigned to our house. However we regularly get other folks who do not know what our agreed upon cleaning requirements are. As we are typically not present when they clean, we will come home to find the work was not done properly. I have to call them to let them know. The third issue is punctuality. The crew typically shows up late morning or early afternoon. We have no issue is this, we understand their preceding jobs may differ day-to-day. However on several occasions they have not shown up at all. When this happens we receive not notice before or after. Typically I call to find out what happened and they either knew they weren’t coming and didn’t tells us, or they had no idea the crew didn’t show. In either case it’s up to ME to find out the problem and get it rescheduled. I own a small business that deals with customers all day. If you know there’s a problem with your customer service, you must be proactive to correct it, not the customer! Having said all this, I give them average to slightly above average grades for their cleaning efforts. It’s just very frustrating dealing with them. Sadly I would not necessarily recommend them over any of the other A rated services.

They did not cleaned everything as promised. I had to remind them what about that and what about this.

originally, the crew that was sent did a terrible job, but the company was very quick to reschedule a proper job with a different crew. Quick communication and replies to email and very quick re-schedule. The job the 2nd time around was great. The company will make it right for you. One thing: we had asked for notification when the crew was on their way. both times, this was not done. could use improvement in that area. Overall experience was tainted by the first crew, but 2nd crew was a vast improvement.

Excellent! Fast and efficient.

The girls did an excellent job. The problem was reliability. After the first two visits, they never showed up when scheduled. I always had too call to find out when they were coming. This last trip was my reason for cancelling the service. I called two days before to confirm the time. They did not show on time. I waited one hour then called. I got an answering machine and they did not return my call. The girls showed up 2 1/1 hours later.

As with most cleaning services if you have any complaints regarding service, the owner engages in rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional behavior. According to this owner, she has great reviews on Angie's list; therefore, I could care less about you as a customer and can treat you anyway they choose because she has lots of customers from Angie's list and good reviews. Most cleaning contractor's expect you to pay them no matter the quality of work they perform. Another technique cleaning contractors use is to send there best staff one the 1st visit to pull you in then they send anyone on subsequent visits and you better NOT complain.

Surface Cleaning. Dust remaining on overhead shelves (not cleaned). Floors not clean. Wood Cabinets not thoroughly cleaned.

They've been doing an excellent job. I've only ever had one issue with an appointment time, but they changed it no problem. They're all very nice and thorough. They are by far the best people I've ever had clean!

As usual ....they did an awesome job. They consistently do an awesome job. This was my second time using them and I'm about to purchase another deal.

The two ladies actually showed up a week early on a Saturday morning. I had a meetintg to go for an hour, but they asked if they could come back then. They were waiting when I came back from my meeting. They got right to work and did a nice job. There were a couple of areas that I asked them to fix, which they did. The only thing they didn't do was tell their employer that they already cleaned by house, so Lupio Cleaners called me a few days before my scheduled appointment. I explained what happened and they deleted my appointment that I no longer needed.

I have a large house and have used Limpio for over a year. The ladies come once a month and clean from top to bottom. They are always professional, attentive, and consistently leave me a happy customer.

Very efficient--came right on time and were VERY professional. This was a Saturday job as well which was awesome!!!
