Scheduling was pleasant. Prompt response was awesome. This is where I stop. The mobile techs that arrived were polite on initial contact. They seemed to know what they were doing and was impressed. Apparently, once they finished, they didn't feel it important to inform me that they broke every clip off the windshield cowl. I shook these guys hands and thanked them. A professional, knows those clips were broken clean off and the rubber gasket is supposed to sit against the window. So, the idea they didn't notice, yeah.....right. It was never discussed prior to or after it could of did happen. I am a believer in trust. You look me in the eye, shake a man's hand, and gladly accept his money, you better stand by your work and your word. So sad, they came recommended by friends. Disappointed doesn't explain how I feel. This wasn't a insurance job, this is my hard earned cash.

Ace created frameless shower doors for my master bathroom. They are beautiful. Everything from the first phone call to request an estimate through installation went great. Very timely with a beautiful outcome. Would definitely recommend!!!

From start to finish excellent job Had an 80’s house that had most of its window panes fogged. The new panes make the house feel brand new and let so much more light in The crew were polite hardworking and professional and very competent. Will definately use again.

The guy that came out to do the estimate was great. It got a bit complicated after I requested a refund on the windows that I ordered. Due to personal reasons which I explained to the lady or ladies that answer the phones and/or work up the quotes. The friendly customer service that I received before I put 1/2 down on the windows changed upon asking for a refund. The tone/manner and professionalism went out the door. I was even told the call had been recorded with me agreeing to everything. Nevertheless, Justin phoned me directly and talked me into continuing with the transaction. It still wasn’t exactly what I wanted. The way they talked to me after I asked for a refund made me feel devalued and under appreciated as a consumer. The guys that installed the windows were great! The communication between the ladies that initially helped me and Justin was full of rudeness and sarcasm. I wouldn’t use this company again. Customer service is everything to me when/where I choose to spend my money.

ACE did a great job for a reasonable price.

Everything was fine. The old window had developed a crack, possibly due to a week of below freezing temperatures. The new one is good. The measurement of the window is about four and a half feet by four feet, which accounts for the price.

I think it was inexpensive and they come to you and it was all pretty decent. I bought this as a big deal.

After comparing prices (and checking Angie’s List), I chose Ace. I got a prompt, friendly response to my inquiries, a next-day appointment, and a new windshield.

Windshield repair looks great. I can hardly notice it at all.

On 9/7/2017, Grant with Ace Glass came to my house to conduct the initial measurements for my glass shower enclosure I wanted completed. Time frame was 11 – 2pm. He arrived at the very end of the timeframe. He took his measurements, as best he could and gave me some information to look at, so I can pick out the accessories / finishes I wanted. I informed him that I would talk it over with my partner and get back to him. Due to us conducting a bathroom reno project, I let the project manager know later that evening on what accessories / finishes I wanted regarding the shower enclosure. One of the details was specifically rain glass. On 9/14/2017, I received the first estimate for the shower enclosure ($2,300). It didn’t have rain glass on it, but I signed it with several corrections on it, so it was no doubt in Ace Glass mind that they knew what I really wanted. In addition to that, the project manager informed them of what I wanted prior to this quote. Time goes by and now it is 9/16/2017. On this day, Grant came back to my house. Time frame was 11 – 2pm and this time he arrived after 2pm. LATE. He took his final measurements and we made some adjustments to the layout. After he was done, he left. On 9/18/2017, my project manager informed me that Grant would redo the drawing based on the adjustments we made; however the price would remain the same. On 9/21/2017, Ace Glass sent an updated quote with rain glass on it, in addition to all the accessories / finishes I wanted on it ($4,100). When I saw this $1,800 increased quote, I asked my project manager to inquire why the price increased, since the only thing I changed was the layout of the enclosure, BUT not the finishes. Also, I took one accessory away. On 9/26/2017, I talked to Grant and inquired why the price increased. He said because I changed from clear to rain. I informed him I NEVER changed from clear, because I NEVER wanted clear PERIOD. In addition, I have been dealing with my project manager for weeks and have no reason to believe she would lie to me. I asked him if this is the best price he could give me and he advised he would contact his manager and call me back in 10 minutes. He called me back over 2 hours later to say he doesn’t want to do the job anymore and he doesn’t want to accept the risk of the job. B.S. – THIS IS WHY HE DON’T WANT TO DO THE JOB, because I called him on his deficiencies. Don’t tell me as the customer that I switched up things when I didn’t and don’t make it seen that my project manager lied to me about price when if she was told the price would remain the same, that is what she would tell me. In addition, if you say the appointment time is from 11 – 2pm, make sure your there within that time frame or call. People work too hard to be waiting on you Grant. I will NEVER do business with this company again.

It went fine.

My 1939 house needed a 12-pane window reglazed and Ace Glass did an excellent job. The estimator evaluated the job and explained the process in detail. We scheduled the job and the two professionals came on time, worked diligently and completed the job in the estimated time and for the estimated price. They took the time to explain to me how to prime and paint the reglazed window panes. This was a difficult, time-consuming job and the work was done meticulously and professionally. I am very, very happy with the excellent workmanship.

great customer service, if fact they found another crack and did not charge me for it, since they had already told me about one other additional crack, so they said they would just fix it with no extra charges.

Fast, efficient and (best off all) a MUCH better price than Safelite had quoted.

It was okay. He was quick and tried to get as much of the glass shards cleaned up as possible, but....yeah. There was some silicone (or whatever glue was applied) smeared on the glass, and since it was used, there was no attempt to remove any old stickers, but it was used, to be fair. It looks a little sloppy, but there are no leaks and it hasn't fallen out or apart. He even reconnected the defroster line, so...overall, it was pretty good for what I paid, but I think it could have been done a little cleaner. I guess because it wasn't brand new glass, they didn't give me brand new service.
