There were spots that were missed or painted too lightly.  One time he called my phone and I couldn't answer at the time. He didn't leave a message so I assumed he had dialed a wrong number and he never called me back until one day he showed up and wanted to know why I hadn't called him back. Very poor communication throughout the job. And there were times he didn't show up when he said he would."
