"JES Foundation contracts all their electrical work out to Root Electric. In the process of installing my new sump pump, back-up sump pump, and sump pump alarm system, it was determined that a new dedicated outlet could not be created due to my existing electrical panel being too small. Thus, I needed to get an electrical panel upgrade. Through JES Foundation, a date and time was arranged to have my new electrical panel upgrade installed. The lead Root electrician Andrew, and his assistant Andy, dd a terrific job installing the new upgraded electric panel. They were both very friendly, efficient, and professional. Andrew afterwards walked me through everything that was done, and answered any questions that I had. They also cleaned up afterwards very well. I highly recommend Root Electric and JES Foundation to anyone who needs their expertise."

Steve Norfolk (owner) installed a new sump pump and backup battery in February 2013. We have not had a moment's trouble in three years. We recently had a power outage and things continued to work well. Since it was the first time we had to rely on the backup battery, I wasn't familiar with the change in pumping sounds, etc and worried that all was not well. I called, spoke with Mary and requested if they could come back out and check my system. Steve came out to the house, took a careful look at everything, explained (again) what to expect and what to look for in the future (i.e. - when the battery was showing signs of needing to be replaced.) He was extremely patient and thorough, and did not charge me for his time!

I cannot recommend this company highly enough - they are professional, thorough, patient and most importantly, stand behind their work and customers no matter the length of time.

"I had Tri-County Pumps come and install my water treatment system that I bought. I also needed a new pressure tank for my system. They came and gave me a quote for the installation of the water treatment system (that I already owned) and for the new pressure tank. They came and gave a free estimate. Their prices were exactly what I was looking for in terms of cost. When they arrived to do the install, they were really professional and clean. "Upon responding to a call late in the evening (already a plus), provider arrived around the time he had offered,  Starting to look at controls technician new right away the brand and then proceed to check and test the pump.  Afer a couple of trials found that the capacitor was not working.  Luckily he had one in stock (another plus for the service) and replaced it.  While not an expert myself, not sure the cost of parts but the charge inheritly has an opportunity cost that is crucial to make repais.  Well done!
