"I hired Warren for yard cleanup and we agreed on a price of $1,500 to remove all the leaves and remove the tree branches i cut in my backyard. However, after starting the job, Warren claimed there was more work than expected and asked for additional payment. This was disappointing, as we had already agreed on the scope and the price. If the job was underestimated, that should not be my responsibility. Furthermore, instead of removing the leaves as discussed, they were just mulched and left in the yard — which was not what we agreed upon. When a price and scope are agreed on in advance, the expectation is that the contractor completes the work as promised, not change the terms midway. Not recommended!"

"We had our 2-storey home, back deck, front porch and sidewalk power-washed yesterday. We also had our topmost small gutters cleaned and gutter guards placed. We provided the guards but just could not reach the topmost gutters. Zach and his partner gave us a fair and reasonable estimate, scheduled us within a week of his estimate and very much in line with our PTO days, and came promptly on the date of service. He did the gutters first, the porch, house, deck and sidewalk. The clean is amazing. The house has never been power washed to the top since we do not have ladders tall enough to reach it. Everything looks great and done right. My husband and I are extremely satisfied, and we will definitely reach out to them next year for an annual wash. "
