never called back after several attempts

Job well done

Called twin rivers and described the patch work needed--and made arrangements for them to come out. I left the shingles for them--three weeks later when I called them they claimed that they came out and they were going to need more shingles before they could start the job. I left more shingles that day--two months later there's no sign of them yet! Unbelievable business practices. Would NOT recommend to anyone.

We called them for an estimate on replacing a roof on an old farm house. They said they was sorry for not getting back to our emails and that they had a guy in the area to do the estimate. They said they would email it in a couple days. Well we waited then called and they said it would be email by end of day. Well we still havent got an email. So i would NOT recomened they to anyone.

Called from number on yard sign in neighborhood, spoke with Jackie. She was courteous, helpful, and promptly scheduled the estimate. Good price which allowed me to upgrade shingle and drip edge. Received approx. start date with firm date 10 days prior to start.
Crew started early on scheduled day, tear off completed by 9:00, prepped and nailing shingles by 10:00. Good coordinated effort by crew, tear off, clean up, prep, shingle, flashing, plumbing vent collars and final clean up of roof and ground around house.
Gutters and downspouts installed approx. 1 week later. Installer called to say he was on his way and ask for any special instructions.
All around good service, Jackie was very accommodating with scheduling and faxing of estimates and contracts. Limited but understandable communication with crew. Last roof I will need but have recommended them to friends and neighbors.

We needed a new roof on our house and Twin Rivers was recommended by a
friend. They came out and provided a written estimate and we were pleasantly surprised at the price. I had questions about whether the we wanted a roof vent or attic fan which they answered. They didn't replace the skylights which didn't need replacing. They did an excellent job and I was really impressed with the clean up afterwards. They cleaned everything up so well that it was
cleaner after they left then before. We have had no problems with our roof. They mailed the bill to us which we paid promptly.

They were efficient and the only problem I had with them was that they came right out and did the roof, but there were other things that I needed them to fix also. There was a leak, and they came out and fixed it right away. They never sent anyone out to do the kitchen and bedroom. They seemed to just drop me after I paid the bill. This was an insurance claim due to an earthquake and winds. Now my insurance company is looking for the proof of work, and I cannot get them to complete the job. They have never even called me back to tell me they are not sending someone out to complete the job.

I chose another firm to do the work

The valley flashing leaks during heavy rains. The leak manifests itself in two places, in the portico and in the dining room. The company initially stated that there is a warranty and they would be out to fix the flashing. They had not done so after repeated telephone calls to them. When they finally did came out to look at the problem, they would not even discuss the leak but merely stated that I needed a whole new roof! That would cost $5600. Other roofers I contacted indicate that the flashing should have come up the valley at least two feet more than Twin Rivers actually did. One estimate to fix the valley flashing is $900. So the workmanship was inferior as was their response.

This work was done on three separate occasions. They did a good job on the metal roof, a satisfactory job on the copper roof, they did very poor quality work on relining the box gutters. I have called them and they came out to put patches on that have not lasted long. The said they would come back and do more patch work but to redo the work with new material again was going to cost a lot more money than another very reputable company even though Twin Rivers work had a five year warranty. I have signed a contract with the other company.
