Great! The entire new roof for our house was done in about 4 hours! It was amazing! Rolando and his entire company have been outstanding for 2 jobs we hired them for recently...first we hired them to re-roof the roof over the screened-in porch, and it went well and they were great...a couple of weeks later, we discovered a leak from our attic into the upstairs ceiling which Rolando's employee checked right away and let us know we had hale damage to our main roof for our house ... he repaired where the water had come in under the roof that worked until we could get on Rolando's schedule for a new roof for the house! Highly recommend this company!

Excellent! I called all the roofing companies in my area on Angie's List. Moreno's was the only only that returned my call promptly. The excellent service started with the phone call. The gentleman that called me back was very knowledgeable about the service I needed, the time estimate, and the cost associated with the repair. He immediately put me in the queue and two guys were at the house within 2 days. The first repairman got on the roof and realized the standard boot he had was not going to work. So, they called the office to check the inventory and went right over to get the new boot and were back at our house in about 5 minutes. My husband and I were outside talking to the one repairman. He was very knowledgeable about home maintenance and roofing. Since we are going to need a new roof in a couple of years, it was nice to be able to talk to someone that was giving us information instead of just trying to sell us a new roof. When the work was completed, he came inside so I could write a check. He was so nice!! We have a 5 month old daughter and he was waving and smiling to her and told us about his family as I got my check in order. Incredibly nice people and I will certainly be giving them a call for all my roofing needs!!

This January 2016 project was the third one that Moreno's Contracting LLC has done for us in King George, VA.  This project was to remedy a problem with a different roof on our property, a smaller job than last time.  This roof section had been installed five years ago by a DIFFERENT contractor before we knew Moreno's.  Because of past projects for me, at many thousands of dollars, as well as their excellent reputation and VALUE, I was certain that they could fix the problem.  Pedro was the site supervisor.  He was prompt enough to arrive when the roof was still leaking.  He inspected the roof from above, and also from in the attic.  The Moreno's office emailed me an estimate the very next day.  We scheduled the work, and Pedro's team returned on the scheduled day and completed the work.  Pedro was site supervisor on our previous two jobs, so I felt no need to be concerned.  They are proficient, efficient, and safe.  When the job was done, Pedro rang my doorbell, so I went outside to hear his work summary.  I noted that he and his team had conducted a thorough cleanup.  Moreno's emailed me the invoice the very next day.  Moreno's Contracting LLC has a fine reputation in our neighborhood.  Years ago, my next door friend told me Moreno's installed his new roof, and he expressed ultimate satisfaction.  So when the time came that we needed a new roof, I called Moreno's to do my complete roof, and then my windows & siding a couple of years later.  Then when another friend across the street told me he was calling roofers for estimates, I suggested that he call Moreno's too.  That neighbor ultimately chose Moreno's to install his new roof too!  Moreno's work is excellent.  They use very good roofing materials, for example GAF roofing shingles, which I think have a warranty unsurpassed in the roof shingle industry.  Moreno's quality work and materials together are an exceptional value.  His customers in my neighborhood enjoy mentioning the name of Moreno's LLC.

We called Moreno to check out a leak in the roof of our rental property. Not only did they check out the situation quickly, but also performed a temporary fix at the same time...for no charge.

Mr. Moreno came out the day after I called to do the estimate. He was brief and to the point, and concerned about getting the job done right. The price was more than fair and he was fine with doing a small job like mine, about 600 ft^2. His crew started work the very next afternoon and worked until about 630PM. The next day they started around 7AM and stayed until the job was done that afternoon. His crew was professional, courteous, and answered all of my questions. When the job was finished Mr. Moreno came and inspected the work before any payment was requested.

They were very professional and prompt. However, the guards did not look like they were installed correctly, there were gaps between the sections. I emailed Mr. Moreno and he personally came out. They were not installed in a good way, but he showed me that it was because my builder installed many of my gutter sections incorrectly. He said the installers should have let me and him know. He brought the crew back out and had them fix my gutters, redo the guards where needed, and caulk some areas on my roof where there could be potential issues. The house is only 1 year old. No charge for the extra work. Very impressed. Great guy.

Mr. Moreno was excellent to work with. He replaced my entire roof, painted the exhaust pipes, repaired a damaged piece of the siding and cleaned up behind himself very well. His price was the lowest of 4 other bids I received, the roofing he used was superior quality, all very nice looking and done in one day.

They did an outstanding job at a very reasonable price and they stuck to their price.

The people from Moreno's Contractor LLC did a good job and they did exactly what they said they would do. I am pleased with what they did. It took them 5 weeks to get on the job. They finished the job rapidly after they started as they used a lot of people. They did not speak English and it was one of the biggest problems that I had encountered. The owner was pleasant though.
