"Sales process was painful and was the least enjoyable contracting experience I have ever had. Salesman used a bait-and-switch in the contract and ultimately suckered me out of extra cash to do the work we had originally agreed upon. Then didn't listen to my instructions and wrote the contract for the wrong siding. His boss promised to call and follow up within a week with possible options to remedy. Never called.
Production guys were ok. Enjoyed having them here, even though they scratched up some of my personal possessions, they didn't clean up, they cut the gutter downspout the wrong length, and the quality of their finish work was average at best. But my real issue is with the sales staff. Never again."

"Went well. Damage to existing HVAC duct work during demo, and issues with the installed dehumidifier stretched the initial 1 week completion estimate to over three weeks. However there was a long holiday weekend involved. The Drying Company repaired all issues at their expense."

"We had a great experience. They came to assess the damage first thing the morning after a really bad storm. Everything was repaired by early afternoon. They were extremely responsive and did an awesome job. I would absolutely use them again!

"Replacement was fine. Issue I have is with the ownership and discussion I had with them regarding warranty for the ridge cap. I had a cobra ridge cap installed by this company after a windstorm cane through. During the process I had asked, and was told, that the cap came with a transferable warranty (which is great because this is not our forever home). Installation went fine and at the end was told the owner would provide warranty info. I inquired several days later and was told they would get me the warranty paperwork. After several weeks I contacted them again as I had not yet received he paperwork and was told that the company (USA Gutter pro) would honor their work but GAF no longer warranties this product. Was also told that "lawyers were drafting" paperwork for warranties and that it would be sent to me upon completion. That was around April 2016. I contact via this site the company asking if the lawyers were still working in it 6 months later (was sent Oct 17th)...nothing. I am now writing this review on Nov 19th. In the end I don't really care about the warranty I am disappointed that a company would say one thing and either (1) not follow though on what was agreed, or (2) not be 100% truthful in things. My point in all of this is if they would have said from the beginning that this product is not warranties I would have still had the work done and not really cared...but since I was repeatedly told one thing that never happened (oh, and I never got a call/email outside of Angie's list...and that was because I wrote first...) I am writing this review."

"It went well, Kyle and his team were professional, thorough and were the first company that came out and actually inspected our current roof from the outside and inside. He took his time explaining the roofing process, the different product and appeared confident in his companies work. We have put our new roof on hold to focus on other home repairs/improvements needed. However, Precision roofing is definitely a company I would recommend to have come out and do an estimate / assessment of your current roofing needs."
