"My 97-year-old father was in the hospital and then rehab for about a month. He couldn't wait to go home. Unfortunately, when we brought him home, his refrigerator was freezing everything with a considerable amount of ice buildup. I called GH Appliance and they were so kind and came out quickly. The problem seemed fixed but then the eggs started to freeze in the refrigerator. GH Appliance Repair came back and my father said the service repair man spend about 4 hrs including running back out to get a part. The refrigerator is running great and the water dispenser which produced drips is even running again. My father didn't get a bill and called a talked to a wonderful woman who said, "You don't owe us anything sir." I can't say enough good things about this company and their staff.
