Very courteous, thorough and professional...they even cleaned an area that needed it that wasn't part of the room I hired them for! Without being asked....just...done! Even though they squeezed the job in they took their time and used every trick up their sleeve to clean a carpet that hadn't been cleaned in 20 years!! Can't say enough...couldn't be more pleased!
