"The service itself was excellent. However, they billed me for an extra month, and said that their billing cycle runs from the 15th to the 15th--after the end of the service term. Therefore, because I needed services for calendar months (running from the first of the month to the last of the month), I evidently was billed for two weeks extra on the front end and two weeks extra on the backend. I'm a small family farm owner and can't afford this kind of thing. Unfortunately this billing policy was not disclosed until the end of service."

Our crawlspace is now fully encapsulated, complete with new plumbing and new jacks under the bathroom. Their communication was fantastic, they thoroughly explained what was needed each step of the way and were extremely patient with my design changes.
