We asked for an estimate, Isaias came at a time convenient for us (Saturday), gave a fair estimate. He came back with his team and worked on our stippled ceiling for 3 days. They taped off the area, they brought their own ladders, they unrolled a stepping mat from the door to the work area to prevent tracking dirt in and out. Each day they came on time, every time.
