Mr. Palumbo raced to my house, turned off main water supply (from under manhole cover in sidewalk), replaced frozen/burst pipes, tore up damaged floor to allow for drying, met with the insurance adjustor, replaced back wall of vinyl siding, and installed new ceramic tile to kitchen/den floor.  Homeowner's insurance paid for about 1/2 of the damages. Work was done quickly and professionally, and fixed just in time for the next "deep freeze".  Everything looks perfect!"
