Lack of collaboration. ... Lack of initiative... Failure to meet deadlines. ... Not following processes. ... Not paying attention to details...

"I went by everything we discussed and signed to, even with daily changes based on "family coming to use the swimming pool" and we still weren't "good enough" and did not get paid. Not everyone is decent enough to work with. (Sorry not sorry)"

Shad and his colleague were delightful to work with. I had a whole list of projects including drywall repair, doorbell replacement, toilet repair/replacement, sealing and painting ceiling and laundry room. Shad came back promptly with a scheduled review of project needs, promptly sent me an estimate and began the repairs within the week. Pleasant and courteous throughout and completed project within a few days. Cleaned up thoroughly at completion. I am very happy to have them in book and will be using them again I know.
