"Fast and reliable! The birds that have been congregating/building nests on the front of our house aren't sure what to do now. "As cute as raccoons are, we have learned how extremely destructive to homes they can be. We had hired two other companies to remove raccoons from our attic. Both were unsuccessful. "The company was incredibly responsive: a field representative came out the day of our request; and, the next day a very helpful and careful technician took care of the problem. He removed the two birds in the dryer vent pipe, kept them alive and watched them fly away! He cleaned out the nesting material, put an animal-preventative cover on the outside vent and sprayed a mite-control compound in the vent piping. All in all, a great experience with a company we strongly recommend."
