Cliff did an excellent job he remove 2 snakes from the front door area and he inspect all around the house and spray a product that snakes will leave the area and don't come back.

The technician came out and cleaned out two bathroom vents from outside and in the attic. Vent covers were replaced.

Philip was very knowledgeable and took time to answer all of my questions and to explain the process. First, he thoroughly assessed the problem. Next he explained the process of repairing the access points and setting a trap which would allow squirrels to exit the attic but not reenter. He explained how the mice would be handled, and the plan to control them in the future. Honestly, the metal seals he constructed to close up the attic access looks very good. Overall, I could not be more pleased!

I was on a tight timeline to get the animal removed and hole patched before selling the house. VA Wildlife Removal was able to get me scheduled for the next day. Unfortunately his technician was involved in a car accident on the way to the house (he was ok) and a new tech was sent for the next day. He removed the squirrel and patched the entry point, and also found another entry point and sealed it. We had professional work, a squirrel free house, and a happy buyer for the property the next day.

Phil arrived right on time and quickly assessed the problem in our attic which turned out to be mice. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Phil explained the problems caused by years of mice nesting in our attic. He treated the affected area and made recommendations for us to follow which we are assessing now. This is a very good company to work with and we would use them again.

Very prompt for inspection appointment. Offered simple solutions and cost. Tried to take care of the mouse problem first by myself. Called with a follow up for possible solutions and Mr. Arrington was very helpful and professional to offer home solutions rather than paying him to perform the same service. Coincidently I was able to rid the mice myself, but will definitely use in the future if I have a problem. Truly a respectable company.

At every step Earl was there to make sure all that was promised was delivered. Even though the job turned out to be more work than originally anticipated, the final bill did not change one penny from the initial estimate. We are very satisfied and greatful we found VA Wildlife Removal!

Mr. Arrington and his associate were scheduled to arraive at my house by 0900 hours and arrived at approximately 0840 hours. He polite and profesional. My next door neighbor observed his work and asked for his card. If I could, I would give him A++++++++++.

First time provider charged $458 to put up a squirrel excluder, the next day the squirrel chewed a hole right next to the excluder. Second visit the provider put up another excluder for $200, later put a piece of sheet metal over the piece of trim the squirrel came through. Now the squirrel is coming through the soffit vent.

These guys are awesome. I called at 8 am and they had someone out here in a hour. The gentlemen looked around my house several times and went into the attic. He said it must of been a mouse that escaped. We had heard a loud noise in our vent. He was very helpful. Great company A+++++

It didn't work. They set it up. They didn't come back and check it. There were no extra charges. The workers were okay. They were kind of late. They didn't catch a thing. When time was up, they picked it up and went away.
